We were pleased to find a room that was comfortable, had very functional decorating, a very comfortable bed, and most importantly, a front desk and staff that was the personification of hospitality. The front desk was extraordinarily helpful in getting us an early check-in, which we requested the day before, and they even called us the morning of our arrival to confirm that a room would be available early. They were just downright nice.

This is one of the good Hamptons, One standard room, on a Thursday, mid-March --- and the same a year ago. So two stays. The room had all comforts and zero blemishes; superb maintenance. (I did not use the heat or A/C. more than a few minutes.) All within an easy walk: popular eateries and retail outlets. Quiet at night.

Loved the bathroom! Loved the shampoo & body wash too! The room was nice & dark at night which I love but had a night light in the bathroom. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the amount they charged for my furry family member. $75! Wow that's the most I've paid for my pooch.

Friendly, accommodating staff at front. Clean, large, quiet room for 2 queen beds, large bathroom. We had minor tv issue quickly resolved. Loud Baseball team also in house, but our room remained quiet. Great value for money for our road trip north to stop here. We also had stopped at Conrad’s Crab and Seafood also in Aberdeen to check off “Maryland crab cakes” on our road trip list. Buttered popcorn appetizer, loaded crab fries, crab cake sandwiches, good kids’ menu, and casual atmosphere for travelers. We snagged Independence Hall timed tickets $1 per person online for 9am the morning we left the hotel after included breakfast, plentiful close weekday $6.50 street parking 2hr limit, and a no wait visit to Liberty Bell and restroom stop at Philly visitor center before continuing to Vermont.

The room was nice/clean Check in was fast as well as check out Friendly staff Someone was constantly wiping down buffet stations and tables Hotel was modern and convenient to I95 and places to eat Stayed for sons wedding and had lovely experience

Nice front desk staff as always. We've stayed here many times. They assigned us a room away from most activity and it was quiet at night. No baseball teams evident. We had to wipe clean the bathroom floor though - it was dirty. The rest of the room was OK, but management should note that it's time for a chair, sofa, carpet replacement. The breakfast was scrambled eggs three days in a row. I missed having the western and cheese omelette rotation. Nice friendly woman that works in the breakfast area. We'd stay here again.

If you are staying for Ripken stay away the hotel supervisor is not friendly and very condescending..I dated here 2 times and both times were a disaster..the person who was supposed to show up to make breakfast never showed up and instead of the supervisor doing anything he just shrugged his shoulders and said I’m sorry…15 teenagers and their families had to run out to breakfast then run back to the hotel and then run to Ripken for an early game…family of 4 $100 breakfast that never got refunded or compensated… stay 2 was game 1 at 12:30p on Saturday….didn’t need a room on Friday night they tell me I’m going to change you the extra night no matter what…I talked to corporate and they tell me he is the only one that can over ride the reservation….a real JO stay away…the lady that works the night shift is a rock star on a good note!

My wife was physically threatened by another guest. This particular guest was in a room with dozens of other people having a party well past midnight, which kept both her and my son awake until after 2 am, ruining my son's ability to play at his baseball tournament the following day, while also making my wife too exhausted to drive home. The inconvenience of not being able to sleep is unacceptable, but the fact that my wife was threatened physically goes well beyond unacceptable. The personnel and the manager working that night did almost nothing to deal with the situation, and told my wife it was her responsibility to contact law enforcement. This is by far the worst experience I've ever encountered at a hotel - it was not only inconvenient, but dangerous to my wife and son. Unacceptable doesn't even begin to describe the situation.

This hotel is top rate. The only problem I had was with the desk clerk. I had booked the hotel on ********** and she would not book me in because there was not a confirmation number that I could give her. It took me over one hour of calling and texting and accessing the Internet for me to finally furnish that number. At no time was she helpful. I actually felt like a second class citizen. Once I gave her the confirmation number, she told me that, “yes, here it is. It was filed under the wrong name. Quotation mark , that was pure bull because I gave her every name that I had as well as offered to show her my ID.
