Alvanti Residences

Recently returned from a two week stay at Alvanti Residences. A big “THANK YOU” to Charity (the manager) and her entire staff. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning the next time we are in Ghana. This was my fourth trip to Ghana and the fourth place that I have stayed. My previous stays were at well known hotels in the area and Alvanti exceeded the offerings at these other locations by far. Charity was on site every day and was available at all hours of the day and night. Her responsiveness and attention to detail were very much appreciated. It was obvious that she truly cared about her guests and wanted them to have an exceptional stay at Alvanti and in Ghana. She and her staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and worry free. The location of Alvanti Residences is in close proximity to the airport with van shuttle service available. While we did not use the van transportation to/from the airport, we did rent the Alvanti van and driver for a day trip up to Cape Coast. We had originally reserved a van and driver from a different company. When that van and driver failed to show up in the morning, we called Charity at 5:00 AM asking her for assistance. Charity immediately got in touch with the Alvanti van driver and got the Alvanti van ready for the day. Within an hour, she had us on our way to Cape Coast. The Alvanti van driver, Vincent, was very professional and I felt safe as he navigated the narrow roads and traffic during our excursion. He was very prompt which is, often times, hard to find in service industry in Ghana. Thank you Vincent and Charity for a great outing! The Alvanti Residence units are 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom homes with kitchen, dining area, living room and an office. The space was very open and modern. Furnishings were clean and well taken care of and all of the air conditioning units cooled nicely. The full kitchen was equipped with all of the modern amenities. It truly has a “home away from home” feel. Outside, each unit has a nice patio area with ceiling fan. There was a large pool for guests to use and plenty of parking. The grounds were kept spotless. Staff was constantly cleaning the common areas. Barbeques were provided for each unit and we barbequed several evenings and enjoyed eating on the patio. The staff cleaned the barbeques each night and made sure the patio areas were clean. We only requested cleaning of our residence a few times during our stay. The cleaning staff was very prompt and thorough each time we requested service. The location is within walking distance of several cafes and restaurants (including the fabulous D Café and Pinocchio Gelato). There is a mini market down the street and a larger market within walking distance as well. We felt comfortable walking in the area to various local spots. The Alvanti Residences is a guard gated community and felt very safe. I love this place and the staff! Looking forward to my next visit!

I recently stayed at Alvanti Residences Accra with my family of 5 and had a fantastic experience. The 24 hour security was a huge plus and made us feel safe throughout our stay. The staff, particularly the hotel manager Charity, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The town home was very clean and spacious, with 3 large bedrooms and 5 separate beds. We were also impressed with the 3 bathrooms, 2 of which were full. Charity took personal care of us during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. The location of the hotel is very close to the airport and in a safe area of the city of Accra. They also have a private driver, Vincent, who was very supportive and helped us when we went to purchase Art. The area around the hotel has several food places nearby, which made it easy for us to grab a meal. Overall, I highly recommend Alvanti Residences Accra for travelers, especially those traveling with family. The hotel staff, amenities and location make it a great place to stay while in Accra.
