This was a frightful experience. Ethiopian Airlines normally puts transit guests in respectable hotel. This night with no explanation passengers were made to wait long and then put in this hotel further out from the airport than the usual hotel. The most OutRageous issue was the intrusive, inappropriate aggressive manner of the man at check in. He insisted to 'show me my room' , followed me up with the key, once on the floor he invited himelf in on the pretext to show me how the (practially non existent) facilities function. Out of nowhere asks me 'What my plans are tonight' and 'Are you a Rasta'. For crying out loud what is this. I felt unsafe and very uneasy. What nonsense. I pray i Never have to pass either Bole Airport /its a circus (which is another conversation altogther) or this frightful *********** hotel and their staff male staff with championing aggressive inappropriate intrusive behavior full of outrageous inuendo. What a clueless individual, he was so at home with this behavior. Be warned.

I stayed at this hotel for 30 nights as part of my solo trip in Ethiopia. I was looking for a safe and comfortable place to stay, and I found it at this hotel. The hotel was modern and secure, with a lot of cameras and guards. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and they gave me some useful advice on how to travel safely and cheaply in Addis Ababa. The room was comfortable and clean, with a single bed, a wardrobe, and a bathroom. The wifi was also good enough for me to stay in touch with my family and friends online. The breakfast was also good enough for me to have a balanced diet. The only thing that I did not like was that the hotel did not have a swimming pool. However, this was not too much of an issue as I could join some tours or activities nearby that offered social opportunities. Overall, I had a safe and comfortable stay at this hotel

My Friend and I had a wonderful time at this hotel during our vacation in Ethiopia. We booked two rooms for four nights, and we were very satisfied with our choice because we were looking for a low priced but good and clean place to stay at. The hotel was cozy and charming, with a traditional Ethiopian decor. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and modern. The staff were very attentive and courteous, and they helped us arrange tours and transportation to various attractions. The hotel also had a nice restaurant that served authentic Ethiopian cuisine, as well as other options for different tastes. The only thing that could be improved was the noise level at night, as we could hear some traffic and planes from our rooms. However, this did not bother us too much, as we were tired from our activities during the day. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we ever come back to Addis Ababa.

I was traveling solo in Ethiopia, and I decided to stay at this hotel for three nights. I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and friendly the hotel staff were. They made me feel at home, and they gave me some useful tips on what to see and do in Addis Ababa. The hotel was located in a safe and convenient area, close to the airport and some shopping malls. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and a hot shower. The wifi was also good, which allowed me to stay in touch with my friends and family. The only thing that I did not like was that the hotel an automatic luggage carrier which made it hard to carry my luggage up and down the stairs. However, the staff were kind enough to help me with that. Overall, I had a lovely stay at this hotel, and I would recommend it to any solo traveler looking for a budget-friendly option in Addis Ababa.

Clean and cozy, Best hospitality felt like I was home, the owners are cool, The food is great but they need more variety for international travelers. Had a noise issue in my first room but they changed me to another room immediately upon request. Very happy and worth for every cents.The receptionist is very friendly and helpful.

We got assigned to the hotel as part of the free layover by Ethiopian for our trip to Madagascar. Staffs at this hotel were friendly and helpful . Great food. But room is so in need of TLC bathroom fixtures and roaches on 507 were our issues. Otherwise no major complaint.

I chose the hotel based on a previous experience about five years ago. It was clean and tidy, and the staff were great, but I found the room dirty and dusty, and the strange thing is that the receptionist prevented me from leaving the hotel, and according to his words, the Ethiopian Airlines prohibits the departure of transit companies from The hotel, knowing that my downtime was about 18 full hours. I really felt like a prisoner, and the worst of all was the meals that were served to me, which I could not even look at, and the mistreatment of the staff. This is another level of badness.
