Long review but definitely worth the read if you are serious about coming here !! Excellent service from the staff unlike anything you had before. View was amazing. Wide range of lovely food. No dangerous insects or animals on land. Hotel in General constantly being cleaned. Fresh food cooked everyday. Once again superb staff. Me and my husband just came back and all I can say is Woww.... 👌 👍 😍 🥰 The first thing I would like to point out are the staff to be perfectly honest they make our 20th wedding anniversary as perfect as it was. From the moment we arrived they treated us like royalty. There was never a point throughout the holiday where they treated us any differently.They were genuinely interested in what you had to say and every day whether to be breakfast or dinner they would come up to ask how your day had been and you are having a nice time. A special shout out to ankit, arbaaz, satyam.every one in restaurant 😀 👌 all the Chef who prepare good food and nice Masala omletes for us. Big thanks to Mr MANOJ who treated us like family. Very good hospitality. He waited on us at night time and would always take our plate of food Once we'd gone up to the buffet and choose what we wanted and would then walked back to the table and would carry himself so we could go and sit down and serve it to us. Every day he welcomed us with smile 😃 Room was very cleaned full of amenities Thank to the young boy whom I forgot his name. Thanks to Tomar who welcomed us and help to carry our shopping bags everyday. My heartiest thank to Mr Amulya Kakkar who give us the opportunity to have our special dinner in Mughal restaurant for our wedding Anniversary which was a lifetime sweet memory 😊 ❤️ No words can describe our satisfaction in this hotel we came to stay for one night and end to 6 night. We spend 26 days in india 🇮🇳 believe us It's one of the best 5 star resort we stayed in. 10/10. Fully recommended 👌 👍 Thank Chiraz Hotel for this memorable stay. First visit at clarks Shiraz the stay was very nice we had an amazing time with the family☺️ Rooms were very nice we got the rooms as per our preference also the food was cherry on top all the buffet items were good and the options available were fabulous ☺️ We really appreciate and recommend the hotel to friends and family Best staycation☺️

We had an amazing time at Clarks Shiraz excellent services and facilities available at the hotel top to bottom everything was fantastic specially the food at Mughal room which was suggested by Palak the signature dish is a must try. People working out there are very polite and hospitable would definitely recommend to friends and family

Breakfast & Dinner was eaten at the Checkers Buffet. Food was very good. Make sure you try the cheese & potato Dosa. Staff very attentive & helpful especially Arbaz Khan. Hotel room was very clean & comfortable. Great shower. Pool area really nice but if you have knee problems there is no easy access in or out of the pool.

We had a wonderful experience. This was our fifth stay in this property. The best thing about this property is that it is surrounded with the nature and you can get the view of Taj Mahal and Agra Fort This property is constructed so beautifully and designed The staff is excellent. They carry themselves well. they are courteous and polite. They are always ready to listen to your problem and try to provide a solution to your satisfaction. At the same time as a guest you also need to give them respect and appreciate what they do. The rooms are kept clean all the amenities in the room are up to matk. The recreation zone is an attraction for children and as well as for adults. The children can spend hours playing. They have swimming pool which is amazing and has a regulated temperature. The food is also relishing. The chefs are really good. Chef's will also customise based on your needs. Show overall it's win win deal. The front desk team was extremely helpful and polite specially thanks to miss Palak.

We had a fabulous stay here for hubbys 60th and we were surprised at the welcome and recognition from staff , it doesn’t get any better than this This hotel is a gem , it’s staff are exceptional and we wotkd recommend and stay here again We dined in the Mugel restaurant which has a Taj Mahal view but it was dark by then , we were happy as our room also had a taj view which we’d seen earlier Thank you Clark’s Shiraz , you are more than 10/10 We used the hairdressing salon and can also recommend this too Thank you

Very nice hotel situated near Taj Mahal. Food is very good and hygienic with lots of varieties like Indian,Italian ,south Indian. At the time of breakfast and dinner Miss Divya treat us very well .she is well mannered and sincere. Overall all are excellent and me and my family enjoyed everything.
