It was the worst experience. First of all, the check-in time was 12 pm, and we arrived at 2 pm, but no rooms were available. We had to wait for over 30 minutes. Secondly, we had a booking for 4 days. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we needed to extend our stay by 1 day. We spoke with the receptionist, who confirmed the extension but requested cash payment only. We agreed to pay in cash, and he confirmed that the extra day was booked. However, despite this, on the day before our new checkout date, they informed us that no rooms were available and we had to check out a day earlier. This mismanagement caused significant inconvenience during our stay
