A gem of a place to stay. So conveniently situated – all Aix attractions are accessible on foot. Our suite, the Estivale, was spacious and impeccable. Beautifully decorated and intelligently arranged. You could comfortably live there. We were greeted so graciously and offered the guidance and advice that made our stay in the area that much more memorable. Aix is a great town for eating and shopping and culture of all sorts. We visited Saint Remy/Les Baux as well as Moustiers during our stay, and with our host’s guidance, discover the unexpected charms of M****ille.

We enjoyed every moment in our roomy and comfortable suite, which included a living room, small kitchen, bedroom, and a shining and spotless bathroom.
Our stay was further enhanced by our gracious hostess, Lilli, who helped us plan a visit to M****illes, and had very interesting insights about the Aix-en-Provence community. We highly recommend this beautiful property, situated in the central city.

Truly delighted with the elegance, comfort, and proximity of this place. Thank you very much for the feeling of true Provence. It was an experience to remember. I would definitely recommend Villa Amara to our friends. We would come back to Aix just to stay here again.

Short but lovely stay here in this beautiful, quiet, relaxing little paradise. We will definitely come back! Everything was perfect. Our stay allowed us to walk, explore and savor Aix! I look forward to returning soon and recommending the Villa to all of our friends.

It was our first father-daughter trip and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to make wonderful memories. The rooms are exceptionally well decorated and the breakfasts delicious! I look forward to coming back.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay at Villa Amara and I wish we had stayed longer! Everything was perfect from the lovely grounds to the peaceful yet convenient location. Our room (actually a 2 room suite) was the perfect refuge from a long day of sightseeing. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom towels was very fluffy and warm ( especially when using the rooms heated towel rack). The mini kitchen was perfect for our stay, well stocked and very clean (as was our room and the entire inn). Lilli was a great hostess who provided us with plenty of local information, offered and made us dinner reservations and prepared us a wonderful breakfast. I can’t imagine spending our time in Aix anywhere else.

Lilli and Blake have created an oasis of peace, tranquility, and beautiful taste. The suite was so tasteful and comfortable. The breakfast Lilli prepares is lovely. What makes this property exceptional is the authentic hospitality they extend to their guests. They have a binder with recommendations of what to see, great restaurants, and activities. Lilli is so warm and caring. She responded immediately to text messages. She provided some lovely spirits stocked in the refrigerator. Their property is so quiet yet you are mere blocks from the city center with great restaurants, shops, museums, and the markets. If you are going to stay in Aix en Provence, this is the place to stay!

First off, this is just an air b&b. If you want a hotel service, don’t go there. You will be asked to report to the hostess who lives there everyday. You can refuse it but it gets unpleasant. There’s no privacy. Don’t know if there’s a hidden cam somewhere. The front of the suite is all made of glasses without any blackout curtains!!! People can look straight into the bedroom!!!
