O hotel apresenta-se muito bonito, com estrutura bem definida e boa decoração. A localização é, certamente, uma das melhores da cidade. Porém, o serviço é lastimoso. Ao chegar, a recepcionista pediu 5 minutos para inspecionar nosso quarto, o que já não é positivo, uma vez que já havia nossa reserva. Ao nos acompanhar ao quarto, verificou que faltavam itens, solicitando que fossem trazidos (ela faltou com a verade e não inspecionou o quarto). Após o check-in fomos almoçar. Após 40 minutos de longa espera, após 5 horas de aeroporto e vôo, recebemos uma tábua de frutos do mar fria, que não se podia comer (considerem que o prato tinha valor elevado). Resolvemos indo no supermecado na frente do hotel e comprando uma espécie de hamburguer. No jantar, novamente, comida fria. Nesse momento, o mercado estava fechado. Noite feliz... Recomendo evitar esse hotel, que além de prestar um serviço deplorável, compromete a imagem de Aktau, do Mangystan e do Cazaquistão. Uma tristeza e uma grande desilusão.

I was at the hotel for a week in August 2023 for work. It's a fantastic hotel. Service was good food was good. Design is very welcoming. Location is just on the sea. I got room 1009 which is probably one of the best rooms. It's more like a suite. It's a corner room at the end of the hall and has the best view of the Caspian sea. My colleague got room 1008. looks like the twin of my room 1009 (I think mine had a bit better view). Our superior got room 1109 which was above mine. I believe room 1109 is the best in the hotel. Hotel is on a cliff so lobby is on 6th floor. There is a nice promenade along the sea. 2 km to the north you get to the I love Aktau sign. Heading south you arrive at the pier from which you can take boat trips. July August it can get quite hot so avoid hot hours. Try and walk before 10:00 and/or after 19:00. The water can be surprisingly cold but its fun swimming in the sea. In the summer its fun to walk along the promenade at the vicinity of the I Love Aktau sign.

we decided to have a getaway in Aktau , picked Caspian RIviera based on the reviews. we booked a room over the phone, then had to change the date. we were not charged for the booking nor for the date change- this is great ! we arrived early morning, the staff let us check in at 12.00- what a great service ! So we left the bags in the hotel's special baggage room and left to explore the shore. the breeze was just wnderful and fresh ! The Caspian sea as well as any other has that power to recharge you with the energy ! so we walked along the road nexr to the shore, found Istanbul cafe - luckily they were open and served turksih breakfast. after the breakfast and walking along the shore agaon - we came to the hotel, checked in, and another great surprise- we had a free admission for the Sturgion Tour in the Aqaurium at the Hotel . It surely was interesting and interactvie one ! Thanks to the Guide and the hotel ! the room is clean and nice, we could open the balcony door for the fresh breeze or just have a tea- coffee overlooking the sea. room cleaning ladies are great, nice and quiet ! reception's young people are always helpful and professionals. breakfast is also nice- you have a good variety of snacks, eggs, saussages, veggies, fruits, desserts, cereal, tea coffee - all this you can have overlooking the sea. we enjoyed our stay ! thanks to the whole team of Caspian riviera!

Siamo ritornati dopo qualche anno. È davvero molto bello. Una bella vista sul mare, gran bella piscina e palestra. Bel bar e hall. Camera molto grandi e pulita. Forse meriterebbe più attenzione per la colazione che non è all’altezza di un hotel così bello e non arriva la Wi-Fi. La tavola del water era rotta e il termosifone del bagno non funzionante. Lo abbiamo notificato più volte ma non sono stati capaci di risolvere il problema. Il termosifone è utile per lunghi soggiorni quando devi asciugare qualcosa. Aria condizionata molto rumorosa. Davvero tanto! Personale gentile.
