Outdoor shower, patio (100 m2), arbour, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, burglar alarm system, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop, supermarket, bar, bakery 200 m, café 200 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "Playa de Port Alcúdia" 1.5 km, rocky beach "Es Mal Pas" 2.5 km. Sports harbour 2.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 3.5 km. The house is beautifully situated within walking distance of the boulevard / beach. The house offers a lot of privacy with its own pool. The only downside is the quality of the available beds and the limited possibility to slide the single beds in 2 bedro

Coffee machine should be replaced. Various lamps defective. Mirror light in the bathroom broken off. When grilling in the garden, the screws would have to be tightened before it falls apart. It would be good if there were 6 loungers by the pool.
