I had an absolutely wonderful stay here.The first thing I noticed was how new and incredibly clean everything is.The entire hotel is spotless, from the lobby to the room, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing experience. What truly made my stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.Their positive attitude really makes this place stand out.I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

Instalações: Excelentes Limpeza: Razoável O único problema é o trânsito terrível nas proximidades; o trânsito é complicado e o motorista teve que dar duas voltas para me levar até lá. Não fica longe da praia, mas o quarto não tem vista para o mar.

The Hotel facilities is okay overall. but they charged my client extra for 1 room, if not, my client cannot check out from the hotel. The receiptionist said that we only booked one room, whereas it definitely stated in hotel voucher and receipt that we booked for two rooms. And they charged my client as well before leaving the hotel. just checked out from the hotel on 26/12/2025. Apart from this miscommunication problem, all are alright.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When I arrived, I was told that my reservation had been “accidentally cancelled,” and I ended up waiting for over an hour just to get my room. After reading the Google reviews, it seems I’m not the only one, other guests had the same issue and were even sent to another lower-quality hotel. Although I eventually got the room I originally booked, they never informed me that valet parking costs 300 EGP, and I was only told about the charge during checkout. Charging 300 EGP for parking in Egypt is honestly ridiculous. Overall, the stay was frustrating and poorly managed. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Um dos melhores hotéis em que fiquei no Egipto e de longe a melhor relação qualidade preço. Está localizado no melhor e mais centrico lugar da cidade. De realçar a simpatia inigualável desde o check in, passando por um serviço de boas-vindas gratuito, a um jantar ligeiro gratuito, à atenção permanente de todos os trabalhadores, ao enorme e fabuloso quarto com vistas soberbas de mar, à beleza de todo o hotel que conseguiu aliar o conforto à sua longa história de muitas e muitas décadas de quando Alexandria era outra cidade. O lauto pequeno almoço no terraço superior é o final de uma estadia muito satisfatória.

部屋自体はとても広々としていて開放感がありましたが、チェックインの際に対応が少し残念な点がありました。予定通りの時間に到着したにもかかわらず、部屋の清掃が終わっていないとのことで受付で30分ほど待たされ、ようやく案内された際も床がまだ濡れたままの状態だったのが気になりました。また、ドライヤーは室内に常備されていませんでしたが、スタッフの方に頼んだら貸し出してもらえたので、必要な方は早めに伝えておくと安心だと思います。

It is heritage hotel with history dated back almost 100 years, and stayed by famous people in the past such as Winston Churchill and Elvis Presley. Located centrally and easily accessible to most of the key attractions in Alexandria. Highly recommended place to stay.
