Very sweet staffs and an amazing experience from celebrating birthdays and a welcome home like feeling given by the housekeeping team. Taj is lucky to have members such as Arijita, Giri, Rambaran, Krishan, Hanu***, Shastavi (fo), Vivek, Nidhi and Padmini.

Universe is a symbol of excellence by God to us,taj amer is a symbol of hospitality to ***kind by taj Group to us in pinkcity. It's my second visit to hotel all things were up to the mark and nicely ***aged by their respective staff. The whole staff were very well trained how to treat guests with sweet smiles, and they don't know word no, which is very important in today's competent hospitality culture. My special thanks to Mr shantu sir operation head, shashi sir f&b , jeli mam house keeping and priyanshi mam at the front desk. My sincere thanks to Chef Ram for cooking special food for us as he always does. I thank whole staff I forgot some names all helped us to make our trip memorable.

Had the most relaxing and unforgettable two days at the Taj Amer. The Attention to detail, the hospitality, warmth and care taken by the entire team led by Mr Devraj Singh the general ***ager was beyond expectations. It truly felt like home. A special thank you to the following -Chef Satya and the entire kitchen team Mr Jagade, Prithvi, Chinmay from F&B. Mr Ghosh (operations ***ager) The team at house of Ming - Chef and his team Deepak, Ravneet. Priyanshi from the front desk. The entire housekeeping department for the lovely treats during turndown and of course the GM Mr Devraj without who’s leadership and vision this level of hospitality wouldn’t be possible. Cannot wait to be back again , this time with my parents.

Love the Traditional welcome and fairwell. Rooms are ultra luxury. Quick service and warm treatment. Scrumptious breakfast and birthday celebration with traditional music and dance. Friendly staff and I would like to give 5 star rating for the hospitality.

Occasion : Marriage Anniversary Celebration Staff and Service : Staff was courteous and took care of us like a family. Each staff member is a brand ambassador of the unique culture and hospitality of Taj Amer hotel. Special mention to Kamal (***agement), Rambaran (Housekeeping executive) and Ramphool from housekeeping, Priyanshi from customer relations ***** with Shasthavi, Tripana & Chandrakala from front desk; Devansh, Satyam and Shashi from Shamiana restaurant. Food : Scrumptious and appetizing food in multi-cuisine Shamiana restaurant. Experiences : 1. Enjoyed Infiniti Pool overlooking Aravalli ranges. The water was clean, temperature was controlled. 2. Chai-Farsaan (evening tea with snacks) ***** with live puppet show and rajasthani folk dance was graceful and expressive. 3. Lighting oil lamps in evening was special. It connected us with ancient traditions. 4. Santoor wadan by Zuber was mesmerizing. 5. Every small gesture of compassion by each and every staff member has created a unique experience. Rooms : Capacious with all the amenities. Housekeeping : Prompt and proactive service. Overall a luxurious, modern, spacious, welcoming & exquisite hotel. Kudos to the staff for upholding core values of Tata group.

Perfect rooms , gorgeous lobby with a huge chandelier…… Will definitely stay again but this tume with family . A perfect buisness trip to jaipur with taj amer . Though it is out of city but worth visiting this property . Enjoyed a lot ….. thanks
