斯里蘭卡酒店性價比普遍較低，名氣比較響的遺產系列酒店大多設施陳舊。相比較而言，Golden Crown 算是比較新，設施也還算齊全的酒店。地理位置不錯，大堂裝修很有特點。入住時恰逢情人節，床上還佈置了紅氣球，很温馨。

服務很好 衞生乾淨

Estadia breve mas muito agradável. Hotel recente com muito boas instalações. Quarto muito espaçoso e tranquilo,com uma vista muito agradável. Restaurante com muita variedade. Pessoal muito competente e disponível. Especial destaque para a simpatia de Dananjaya.

We were supposed to go to Nuwaelya but ended last minute going to Kandy not knowing anything about the Golden Crown hotel. With no expectations, we were blown away on how stunning this unknown hotel is…subtle luxury, peaceful, clean set in a gorgous area surrounded by tropical natural beauty!!! Abu e all, the staff were exceptionally hospitable! Hailing from Dubai, I highly recommend this hotel above all; especially as a romantic getaway! Shout out to Dananja and Sivaraj, wonderfully attentive staff that double as your guides, photographers and videographers!

Excellent hotel in Kandy Sri Lanka. It has beautiful decor, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Great food selection in restaurant, with a brilliant violinist playing a relaxing set of songs and attentive service from Ajith. Food piping hot catering for all tastes. Highly recommended.

Stayed 3 nights and had a great stay. The location is perfect and the staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. We have travelled all around the world and this is definitely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Lovely hotel with beautiful views - best part was the staff! All were so welcoming, friendly and provided great service. Situated 1.5 kilometres from the Kandy lake and central to many attractions. We spent three nights there but if you are pressed for time two full days would suffice, Temple of the Tooth was great but we did it on a Sunday with the rest of Kandy.

We had an exceptionally positive experience from check-in to check-out. The staff takes pride in their work and it shows. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The operations manager Roshan went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Brix is a fabulous restaurant offering a wide variety of food choices. It is managed by Ravi, who is a true professional. We were fortunate to have the same server Ajith at our service for the 4 meals we had the resturant. Ajith is one of the best servers we’ve had. He is knowledgeable about the menu and was extremely attentive to all our needs. He has a genuine desire to give his guests a fantastic experience. The spa is clean and the therapist I had (Sara) was wonderful. The pool is nice but the pool deck is slippery.
