O serviço foi muito bom, pessoal simpático na recepção, o quarto era limpo todos os dias e assim por diante. Muito boa localização perto do centro da cidade e, portanto, posso entender o preço do quarto, etc. Meu quarto ficava no 3º andar, o elevador só vai até o 2º andar, o que não é grande coisa, mas um pouco estranho. Não me interpretem mal, o quarto em si parecia limpo e fresco, não havia nada a reclamar além de que a pressão do chuveiro estava incrivelmente baixa, às vezes a água simplesmente parava de correr durante o banho. Mas o grande problema é o tamanho do quarto em si e o que você ganha por mais de € 100 por noite, reservei um quarto individual para uma pessoa, e o quarto parece ter sido construído em torno da estrutura da cama, o quarto é incrível pequeno e menor quarto de hotel em que já fiquei e o mais caro também. O banheiro é tão pequeno que o vaso sanitário fica logo atrás da pia, então você mal tem espaço para sentar no vaso sanitário, e a porta de vidro do chuveiro só pode ser aberta de um lado. você tem cerca de 30 cm de espaço para sair do chuveiro porque a pia está atrapalhando... Como eu disse, o quarto parecia limpo e fresco, mas é ridiculamente pequeno. No geral, uma boa estadia, o quarto era bom o suficiente para dormir, mas para o tamanho do quarto e o que você paga por ele realmente não faz sentido, mais de € 100 por noite para um quarto um pouco maior que a cama em si é meio esquisito.

Very good location, good services, and cute cats. The room was not big but enough for short stay.

Unfortunately, I was placed in the basement level room, I had a window with some sky and sunlight, but it faced another room, so the curtains had to be closed. The room was so small, there was no space to open a suitcase. The bed was comfortable though.

This hotel is more like a hostel. There are steep stairs to the 1st and 2nd floors. It is situated in a bustling street around 1.8km from Amsterdam Central Station. There are many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Staff are helpful but only in a perfunctory manner. The hotel rooms are very small and closely situated together. They are clean and comfortable enough however. Clean towels are provided daily. TV and small electric fan also included. There is no complimentary bottled water so you will need to buy your own. Now to the negatives of staying here … if you are looking for a quiet place to rest for the night do not choose this hotel. The rooms are not well soundproofed and there is a lot of people to-ing and fro-ing late at night, knocking on doors, opening and shutting doors, talking loudly in the corridor, not to mention thumping dance music going on into the small hours from adjacent rooms. A lack of consideration for other hotel guests seemingly prevails. Overall, this is more like an overpriced hostel than a mid-priced hotel, and if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place to sleep then you should avoid booking here.

Good amenities. The downside is that we can hear the upstair neighbor walking and making the floor creak. The cats are cute!

The room that they gave us was supposed to be for two people with 2 separate beds. It was very very small less than 2*2 and you could not really move. It was very uncomfortable and too pricey 80 euros per person per night. The stairs were very noisy and I could not sleep till late in te night.

Lovely little budget hotel very close to the centre , restaurants, trams etc. asked for a low floor and adjoining rooms and they did this . Newly decorated. Spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping and a decent shower . Staff were very friendly and helpful. Luggage store available . Felt secure as staff around 24/7 and cctv. No tea or coffee in the rooms but there is a communal room in the basement with facilities and vending machines . No breakfast available but plenty of places nearby to choose from.

Cons: Small rooms, walls are paper thin, no hot water when we were there. Mould in bathroom and bad smell in room when we checked in. Pros: great location next to tram and shops, comfy beds, suitable for a weekend trip when you’re barely in the room (more suitable for friends). Friendly reception. Reasonable price which includes the city tax. Would recommend for a friends budget short trip away!

We were informed that we could check in from 3 pm on the day of arrival, however, when we showed up, we had to wait 30+ minutes to check in. During the induction, you are required to put a deposit down (€50/€100) which you get at the end of your visit and a service charge. We were unaware of the hidden fees so please be aware. The room is basic as expected and it did it for us as we only used it to sleep and store luggage. You get given one key card to the room and it locks after it shuts. It is close to the centre and there are loads of coffee shops and food places nearby. There is a bike store next to the hotel which is ideal. The beds are 2 singles put together so they will move. The walls are very thin and you can hear a lot to the point you think someone is knocking at your door instead of another door. The wifi is good and they have a vending machine on the bottom floor alongside a drinks machine.

Nice hotel, friendly personel, there is 24 hours service. room is simple but clean and not so expensive .Very nice located in amsterdam. And they have parkingplace which is not expensive with good service

For 1 or 2 days is fine. We had a family room for 3 persons. The room was clean and warm. To the centre of the city. There is a minimal area with a coffee machine. The personel were very polite. The bathroom was very small.
