Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Asheville River Arts District

Booked this for a wedding weekend in Asheville. Wish I planned ahead and booked for the whole weekend as this was an absolute gem!

It's a bit confusing to get to the property, so pay close attention to Cliff St. You can't see the street sign . It is right at the Westgate Shopping Center. The room was fine, but the shower head needs a good cleaning. Hallway carpet also needs to be cleaned.

Pro-Great location off the main highway into Asheville. Close to town and walking distance to a few restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff, very attentive. Con- Dirty floors through out and especially in the shower stall and room carpet (#324). Some cleaning supervision would probably correct this issue quickly. Would consider again if they correct cleaning supervision issues.

酒店位於阿什維爾中心附近，周邊購物方便，有一個大型超市。酒店衞生不錯，設施也新。酒店早餐亦可以，較豐富。

Shower was terrible. No hot water, no pressure. Only one elevator for the whole property. When I came down for breakfast everything was gone (a full hour and a half before the “end” of breakfast). No waffle batter, no sausage, no French toast. Staff was rude upon arrival as well. Would not return.

This was our first stay here with me and my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We enjoyed our stay, the stay were great and the the breakfast our was very clean and the waitress hospitality was outstanding. I know we will be coming back and this we will be our hotel when we come and visit.

Parking can be a problem. You can park on in the shopping plaza or there is a lot to the opposite side. The last few times I’ve stayed parking has been an issue. There has been some tour buses and they park long ways and it takes up a significant part of the lot that’s opposite to the shopping plaza. The shopping plaza is lit fairly well, however the lot on the opposite side is not well lit. I have seen a security car during the dad into the early evening but not at night. I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable with any of my stays. I will stay again. Just hope the parking situation and lighting can improve.

The hotel itself was absolutely amazing. The cleanliness, breakfast, and look of the rooms. Possibly the nicest room we've stayed in for quite some time. There was NO hot water in the rooms. Not in the shower or at the sinks. This put a huge damper on the stay. When we spoke to the front desk and asked about the water or changing rooms, the front desk uttered, "I prefer cold showers anyways." Not the response that was needed, even if they could not do anything about the situation.

The staff were very helpful. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. The price was great and included breakfast and free parking.
