Hotel Colee, Atlanta Buckhead, Autograph Collection

Very nice newer hotel. Service was ok. Security arrived quickly to reset the safe, though the maintenance staff couldn't fix my dripping shower faucet. They showed up right away, misdiagnosed the problem and said it would stop over time. It didn't. When I notified the front desk the next morning, they assured me that maintenance would be there to fix it. They never showed up again. Three days of hearing a dripping shower faucet... Oh yeah, and don't get a room on the second floor near the fitness center. Gyms bros too weak to properly put down dumbbells. ****** letting them drop and thus rattling everything on the floor at all hours of the day and night.

This is the former W Buckhead hotel. It’s not as old as other hotels in the area but doesn’t seem to be as well taken care of. They have some sort of staffing shortage. I’m not sure if the fired staff or didn’t replace them after the pandemic but it’s very evident in the service and upkeep of the hotel. The air condition in the room went out daily during my three night stay. The unit displayed that the filter needed to be replaced. Maintenance would just come in, vacuum the furnace and leave. It would work for about 12 hours before it went out again. This was during a heat wave in Atlanta and the temperature outside was over 100. The front desk didn’t even seem to care that the rooms were unbearable. Ideally a nice dip in the pool would have been nice on such a hot June weekend. However the tiny pool was full of bugs and needed to be cleaned. I only needed to have breakfast once to find out it was a bad idea. The food at the Sister Restaurant was horrible. The omelet tasted like an ingredient was spoiled. The eggs were already cracked and in a bowl on the counter. The server was nice. Things got even worse when I checked out. The hotel system was down so they needed to send the receipt after I left. When I received the receipt there were a multitude of charges for the bar that were not mine. The hotel staff never answers the phone and refused to respond to my multiple emails. I eventually had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. The faulty AC, dirty pool, and excess charges made me regret giving this place a chance.

Great hotel. Super comfy bed and pillows. Quiet and very clean. In room coffee service is a bit lacking and morning coffee availability in the lobby could be better highlighted. Didn't find out it was available until the second morning I was there.

This hotel is supposedly a swish boutique hotel: barely. The rooms are basic, the decor is drab and the room service menu even more. Room service was dire to say the least. The Side Wedge salad was a cobb lettuce cut in 4 with 2 half cherry tomatoes and some Ranch drizzled over it. The burger came with a few salad leaves… all in a tupperware of course…Pathetic!

Nice hotel from the outside but the room was absolutely disgusting... Asked the front desk to switch rooms and instead of offering a simply switch they gave me a lecture of cleaning standards and stated they could sent room service back, 3 hours later... no one showed up... Recommend other hotels with higher cleaning standards.

Mclen who works in parking was super helpful and made my life easier getting on the road. She deserves a big shout out! My room was nice but there was a weird sound that would sound off randomly at night. The rooftop area was nice, it is hot in Atlanta, more shade would have been helpful. The bartender however, was incredibly slow. My lemon drop was less than average. They did give me a nice sugared rim.

McLean at the Colee was a phenomenal customer service representative. I travel a lot and she truly know the meaning of the word customer service. LOVE HER. She is amazing. Was there to greet me. Helped me when i was in a rush and always with a smile.

McLane was a great valet. Hard working and good customer service. Stood with my car while I checked in. Makes for a great experience at the Hotel Colee. You can also self park but the valet is worth it. Highly recommend the hotel and the service
