Element Austin Downtown

Austin城市整體不大，酒店距離市政廳和UT都比較近。服務態度不錯，設施也還行，就是注意需要自帶洗漱品和拖鞋。酒店還有自行車可以免費借，就是要提醒工作人員幫你調整座椅高度

立地は抜群に良く、部屋もモダン。窓も広く明るく、レセプションの対応も素晴らしかったです。オースティンで音楽に浸りながら待ちの真ん中でゆっくり過ごすのに最適です。 ホテルのビルの1階のレストランもおしゃれで美味しかったです。

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel and we really like it. Love the location of this, the staff is very nice and accommodations are clean and nice. The complimentary breakfast is really great too. First time here they were making fresh pancakes with all the toppings and today we enjoyed fresh breakfast tacos. Tandie was our breakfast attendant today and she was fabulous. She went above and beyond to help make the start of our day great! We will be back! Side note, there is a really cool bar, Upstairs at Caroline in the same building that has light food, great drinks and a fun atmosphere.

We arrived a little past 1pm and was able to check in. Hot towels scented with eucalyptus oil were provided. In this heat (94F), cold towels would've been my choice. Christine at the desk offered an "upgrade" to 2 Queen bed accessible room. We'd booked a king bed, I guess 2 beds is an upgrade? She was very nice and friendly explaining the features and amenities the hotel offers. When you get off the elevator, one side of the hallway leads to Aloft rooms and the other Element rooms. The room décor was as pictured on their website, no surprises. We got room 614, which was the last one in the hallway and the window overlooks the building right next door. Not much of a view. Each day the lobby offers a different fruit-infused water. Breakfast pastries are from Caroline Coffeehouse. Other options are cereal, breads and a yoghurt bar. The only hot option made fresh changes daily. First day we were there were 2 types of pancakes and the second day were 2 types of breakfast tacos. I would've liked to see available fried eggs, sausages or breakfast potatoes. The great location and friendly staff can't be beat.

The team and staff at Element Austin were fantastic and attentive to my needs. I had a minor issue during my stay and they took care of it right away and were sympathetic to my needs. Very well run.

You first walk into a cafe/restaurant then the second floor is the restaurants bar / check in for the AC hotel. Then third floor is check in for the element. With that said, you can imagine that the elevators are constantly busy. There’s no ice machines on the floors. You have to go down to the 2nd floor to get ice and there wasn’t an ice bucket in the room. I had to use a bowl. Overall not a bad hotel but I would probably not stay again

I purchased our stay through ******* in march 2023. This is now may 12th and the hotel has also charged my credit card and continually told me its just a hold. After a mo they admitted they did but want paperwork filed out before they can refund and yet never sent any kind of form to file out! I emailed them a couple of days ago and am not getting any response! Beware!

We stayed at the Element Austin Downtown for 4 nights in March 2023. We had the 1 Bedroom Suite, King Bed. Excellent room with separate bedroom, full kitchen and a living room with sofa and arm chair. Also a table/desk with lamp and charging outlet. The room had a safe which is most appreciated. Lots of drawer and closet options. Bathroom was fine. Shower pressure was very strong. Good location on 7th Street and Congress, therefore close enough, but still far enough from the "Dirty Sixth". Short distance from Capitol. The breakfast that is included is very good, Wide variety of food options and a nice, bright dining/lounge area to eat in. This area is part of the lobby and provides a place to go to during the day to relax, meet up, etc. Appreciated the free water offered from the dispenser. The restaurant Caroline at the street level of the hotel is good (very popular). Also, has a separate coffee/pastry/deli area. There is the Hideout Coffee House and the Royal Blue Grocery next to the hotel on Congress. Front desk staff are top notch. I would have given the Element Austin 5 stars but took 1 star away for the following: slow elevator; no kettle in the room; no light of any kind in the living room area (no table, floor or ceiling light) so it is very dark; the black out roller shades are appreciated, but please add shear curtains to the room windows. Your guests are either in full darkness or full view for everyone. I prefer to be in natural light during the day but do not want to be on display for the rest of the city.
