Zensus Eco Boutique Hotel

We spent great two nights at Zensus Hotel. The place is quiet, peaceful and we met the kindest and most devoted host : José. The breakfast is great Highly recommended for anyone who would like to enjoy a few days in Bacalar and meet a beautiful soul. Thank you for everything José !

What a an amazing place!!!! We found this hidden gem through reviews and all the 5 star 🌟 rating were spot on. Jose was our host and he went above and beyond from the moment we got to Zensus. We were just booking for a single night as we had driven down from Akumal Mexico and I had inadvertently booked the wrong date. Jose was extremely accommodating and helped us get everything squared away. The property was absolutely magnificent our room was extremely nice bed was very comfortable and the shower was Rockstar. He gave us some suggestions where to go eat that were amazing and was nothing but helpful. The grounds themselves are gorgeous with a beautiful pool and lounges to hang ou on. Our breakfast the next morning started out with fresh food cream and honey as well as fresh eggs and vegetables. What a nice touch to have as part of our stay I cannot begin to say enough nice things about the property and I highly recommend this as a place to stay in Bacalar

This cute hotel has individual cabins. And a pool. Pay for breakfast. Very friendly customer service. Very clean too. So helpful with recommendations for dinner and booked the lagoon boat tour for us, which was amazing too. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. I would stay here again. Thanks.

Cet hôtel est situé Costera 111 à Bacalar à deux pas de la lagune. Cet hôtel propose un parking privé, une piscine extérieure, un jardin et un restaurant. Le personnel et la responsable sont très agréables et très attentifs. Les bungalows sont joliment décorés et très bien équipés. La literie est confortable. Ils ont tous une terrasse couverte avec 2 fauteuils et une table. Pour mettre vos produits frais, il y a un réfrigérateur commun à l’accueil. Il manque uniquement le sèche-cheveux. Merci pour ce séjour !

Fantastisch! Ons verblijf bij dit hotel was fantastisch. De eigenaar en zijn personeel zijn extreem lieve en attente mensen die je vanaf het moment dat je aankomt voor een hele relaxte, fijne en prettige ervaring zorgen. Het ontbijt is TOP! De accomodaties zijn goed. Wij vonden de kleine huisjes waarin je verblijft erg leuk. De airco werkte goed en het bed sliep heerlijk!!! Er is geen koelkast in de huisjes zelf aanwezig maar bij de receptie staat een koelkast met vriezer die je kunt gebruiken. Locatie is net buiten het centrum en heeft gratis parkeerplaatsen voor zijn gasten. Wij hadden een huurauto waarmee we naar het centrum gingen van Bacalar. Wij raden het iedereen aan om tijdens hun verblijf in Bacalar bij José en zijn personeel te verblijven. Het was echt geweldig en we hebben echt genoten!!

Nous étions confiants étant donné les commentaires mais nous avons été déçus. Une chose est cohérente c’est le professionnalisme du patron qui doit se nommer José (en lisant les commentaires ) mais cela ne fait qu’équilibrer la nonchalance des autres personnes qui ne sourient jamais, ne donnent aucun conseil et s’esquivent L’hôtel est bien placé (avoir une voiture tout de même). Le petit déjeuner très bon avec de délicieux pancakes La literie vieille à changer comme tout ce qui concerne la piscine. rouille sur les transats, parasols sales et très vieux, cela ne donne pas confiance et d’ailleurs jamais personne ne se baigne ni s’assoie aux alentours + : le petit déjeuner, le lit King size, le responsable - : la literie, les infrastructures, la vétusté Bref déçu de cet hôtel qui au final coté prix est trop cher pour ce qu’il est devenu
