I was looking forward to my stay here until a tropical storm emerged and flights got canceled. I canceled our reservation and asked for a refund more than 72 hrs before the said date. The staff I talked to endorsed my refund to their manager with no updates for days. The phone would just ring and ring when I call, my messages on their page unanswered. I had already given them details on where to send the refund but they hemmed and hawed for days. They will answer quickly when you book and pay for a reservation but will ignore you in the unfortunate event that you had to cancel. When I asked for an update again, I was told that they could not process the refund to the Gcash number I provided, the very same account I used to send them the downpayment with. They gave an excuse that it's an unverified account (when in fact it is a verified account and I sent screenshots) and they will only issue refund via the original payment method (again I only paid via Gcash, so what's the big deal?) and to please provide them with another Gcash another. I lost my patience and went ballistic at that point and gave them an earful, even asked the front desk to speak to their manager. Long story short, this place looks promising and I would have liked my stay here. They have decent rooms in a good location. I just hope someone doesn't end up canceling a reservation and asking for a refund like me because these guys are so tightfisted and will string you along with a lot of excuses, so just beware.
