My experience was bad. Breakfast is terrible. Everyday the same food is served. There is not much selection and everything is low quality. Coffee at breakfast is nasty and tasteless. Room description is inconsistent with reality. There is no minibar or fridge in the superior king room, as an example. I was deceived by the hotel manager. Before I booked my room, I asked if there are any construction noises in the hotel. The response I received was that there are no construction noises. My room was on the third floor and surely I could hear loud construction noises. In the mornings, there are problems with taking shower: either water pressure is low or you can’t set water temperature. It is either hot or cold. Curtains are not blackout curtains. Rooms are not soundproof. You can hear noises from a busy street and you can also hear noises that other guests make in their rooms. As for the hotel staff: some individuals are nice and some are not. Their English is limited. But the worst part is that they are not honest. They ask everyone who booked via *********** to cancel reservation and pay them cash. So, they want to use *********** as a platform but don’t want to pay commissions. I booked for 4 nights and wanted to leave after the third night. They were trying hard to pressure me pay for 4 nights. I felt threatened. They don’t want to accept credit card but cash only. I don’t recommend this hotel. It’s not cheap but the quality is very poor. Also I didn’t like hotel’s location. There is nothing interesting nearby. The old town is about 20 minute walking. Do yourself a favor: don’t stay there.
