有點臟，床單子啥的比較臟，有免費洗衣服，給我洗廢了兩件白色衣服，染色了……有很多蟲子，咬了我好幾個包……還有蜥蜴蟲子、叫不上名字的蟲子，有點怕怕的…………就是拍照很好看，員工服務挺好的，就是蟲子太多了………

設施：酒店很新，但是用的材料不是很好，有些地方已經破損。衞生間門很奇葩，關門一不小心就鎖上了，半夜還找不到服務員開門，憋了一晚上 環境：觀景很不錯，泳池房出門就可以游泳 服務：可以預約泳池漂浮早餐，拍照很不錯

房間很好 服務人員好 免費水果 住兩晚免費洗衣服，洗的也不錯，我洗了兩次，薄呢衣服我讓給精細洗的，洗的很好軟軟的 不錯

衞生間不通風時間長會臭，要一直開空調才會好一點。位置靠近主幹道，隔音差，一直能聽到車輛往來的聲音。附近的餐飲選擇比較有限，基本出門靠打車，但是酒店就免費的機場接送服務，很加分哦～整體服務很好，很熱情，早餐也很好吃，還請了我們吃免費下午茶😆

24년 새로 지어진 숙소라 깨끗하고 감성적이고 예쁩니다. 조식도 훌륭하고 벌레도 없고 방과 화장실도 깨끗합니다. 다만 큰 도로와 접하고 있어 상당히 시끄럽고 위치가 외진 편이라 걸어서 이동이 불편합니다.

服務挺好的，有蚊子扣點分數，裏面的自帶的spa不錯，房間開門就可以跳到泳池，還有免費的咖啡和果汁隨便喝，就門口真不好找，哈哈哈

酒店很好看，空間很大，裝修很有特色（巨好看）但是隔音不好，晚上睡覺會吵，衹供應早飯，有一點螞蟻（房間開放性比較強導致的）

服務很好，早餐很豐富。前台很熱心，但是我們住的房間臨街，非常的吵，來往車輛的喇叭油門聲，要走很遠才有不錯的飯店

I am very disappointed with the service handled by the manager directly, very arrogant and lack of English education, which is a bad experience for me and my husband to stay there, from the many places I have visited, and get good service if I meet a manager, but in this place the manager has a very bad attitude, handing over guest complaints to his subordinates, you should learn to speak English properly, a manager's speaking style is like a playgroup child! and very little understanding of what the guest is asking for!

We had arranged with Klumpu villas for collect from airport on arrival After coming out of arrivals and waiting a while decided to call There had been some confusion on collection time Not sure why because in communication before hand it was very clear. But was put right and 30mins later driver arrived Reception staff were very nice and villa was beautiful Very clean Amenities were good Breakfast outside villa was exceptional Pool was lovely Had a couples massage which was amazing. Would definitely recommend This place is little walk to beach or Sanur centre but free lift was given Staff really can’t do enough for you They are very welcoming and friendly I did request 2 twice for a small breakfast box to be put up for us as morning we left, we were going at 3.20am on trip to heavens gate Nothing had been left for us. But would still give 9 out of 10 and return

Dit hotel was voor ons de meest teleurstellende ervaring ooit! Om positief te beginnen, het lag niet aan het personeel die deden hun best. Maar het hotel is echt niet wat het op de diverse websites laat zien en beloofd. De kamers zijn ontzéttend klein! Geen plaat voor je koffer(s), alles staat tegen elkaar aan. Je krijgt niet de pool"villla" die websites beloven, maar een klein huisje aan een straatje. Dit hokje zou het woord villa niet mogen gebruiken. Wij zagen in de avond muizen en een rat lopen. Nieuw gebouwd? Maar nu al volop schimmel in de badkamer. Klein zwembadje waar je tussen de andere huisjes op en neer kunt zwemmen. 4 ligbedjes voor 20 huisjes. Als t regent (waar je tuurlijk niks aan kunt doen in seizoen) wordt je kletsnat want er is geen overkapping dus ga je maar van ellende naast elkaar op je bed zitten. Mensen, wij spreken uit ervaring: zoek even verder! Voor dit geld kun je véél beter en mooiere accomodaties krijgen op Bali! Wij zijn geen klagers zie mijn andere reviews maar besteed je geld elders.
