A beautiful hotel in Bali. The balcony won my love for this hotel. The hotel is a bit old but very comfortable. The wifi works well in the hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff working there were very polite and helpful. Always smiling and greeting you everyday. I would come back here and stay in this hotel again. Really enjoy it. The balcony and the traditional style doors are wonderful when the air is blowing. The hotel is located by many restaurants and shops. Lots of temples. Near the monkey sanctuary. The hotel does not have toiletries, come prepare with your own. Thank you again! Looking forward to seeing you again.

We’ve booked this hotel according to reviews and pictures but when we arrived we were in pure shock! I’m not sure who wrote good review about the hotel. The room was nothing as the room in the pictures. There was mold under the sink, which is super bad for your health, the bedsheets weere dirty with some stains on it, the light in the bathroom wasn’t working. It didn’t look good, we didn’t even stay there. We had to look for another place and fast, which was also very inconvenient since we had plans on that day, and instead of doing our things we had to spend time looking for another place. We of course asked for the refund, but the hotel refused, falling to provide us with what was promised they kindly agreed to pay us 13 $ while we payed around 90$ for this place. I think this is unfair, anyways, policy or not policy if you are providing such services as hotel rooms you have to make sure it’s safe for people to stay in it. A place that has mold isn’t safe! I would definitely recommend to avoid this place. Unfortunately we had really bad experience here.

1. attentive & polite staff throughout the stay, daily cleaning your room. 2. great scenery at backyard surrounding, you may view it from balcony or staircase area. 3. suitable for small family residence, got a small pool, but good enough to cool off after a long day travel under hot sun. 4. strategic location, inside road valley at Ubud downtown, accessible to outside main road shops & bus stop for Trans Metro Dewata - KB4 line & Gojek rider meet up point, walkable to Ubud town attraction on North & Monkey Forest at South

This property was in a great location! Pretty much within a 15 minute walk to anywhere in Ubud that you’d want to visit such as the markets, Monkey forest restaurants & yogabarn etc. The garden & pool area are lovely & kept meticulously neat & tidy. The rooms were ok but a bit dated which is fine. The first room we stayed in smelled very strongly of mould & we were unable to move rooms as the property was fully booked. The next room was ok. Smaller than the first but didn’t smell. The bathroom in both rooms needed a deep clean. I don’t mind the fact that they were dated but they were actually really dirty. The hot water only worked once in the 4 nights that we were there. This wasn’t such an issue as the weather was so warm but the dirtyness was not nice. I’ve stayed in much cleaner places in Ubud for around the same price but they didn’t have a pool. The breakfast was ok too! It depends what you want from your stay, but if you need a clean room & bathroom etc then this isn’t the place for you!
