Despite being somewhat hidden down a lane, the staff provides a warm welcome at the entrance and offers a shuttle service to ensure guests arrive comfortably. Service & Amenities: 1. Check-in Experience: The one-on-one reception service during check-in was impeccable, including welcome drinks, energy balls, a kettle, and an eco-friendly bag as welcome gifts. The rooms are bright and immaculately clean, with a strong emphasis on eco-friendliness, evident in items like the eco-paper tissue box and reusable water bottles. 2. Room Facilities: The rooms are compact yet modern, featuring a comfortable wooden soaking tub and DIY cocktail-making facilities, including ice cubes and various mixers. Additionally, the rooms are stocked with sunscreen, aloe vera gel, and hand-ground coffee tools, showcasing the hotel's attention to detail. 3. The room is average, but the location is very convenient... It's easy to get anywhere, and the breakfast is delicious.

The beach club was really nice and the staff were very helpful with booking body massages.

The overall of the hotel and stay experience was really good and I kind of enjoy my stay. Check in was great staff, housekeeping to room service almost everyone in the resort were nice. However for beach bar I beg a difference. As an experience hotelier myself I could feel that there is a difference on how they treat foreigners who are white skin and yellow skin from Asia like myself. However I want to make it a point that not all yellow skin are from China, there are people with yellow skin from other parts of of the world example me from Singapore. As a hotelier myself , I feel that every guest is an important guest.
