We stayed for 2 days and 2 nights at grand palace hotel just 2 days ago. All of the staffs are very nice which I really appreciate. The room was clean as well and properly maintained. The pool was also nice but it's too shallow. At least there should be 4-5 ft on one side of the pool. What I didnt like was the smell of the bath towels and some of it are old and tore already. Also the bedsheets and pillowcases didnt smell good. I thinks its because of the washer that they used. I know they cleaned it but at least put a fabric conditioner so it will smell good. Food was okay but the promo for the pizza with 2 drinks was bad. Overall, it's still a good hotel for the price. I really want to commend all of the staffs for being nice, friendly and accommodating. Some of them are still trainees but the hospitality was really outstanding.

Decent hotel and value for money. Although hotel is situated slightly further from the touristy street where andaz and Hyatt are, there are still some restaurants within walking distance like Naughty Nuri, McDonald , Pizza Hut and convenience stores.

The hotel is very cost-effective. The room is very clean and comfortable to live in.

A nice hotel in a reasonable location. The main road is busy and the local dogs are noisy, no fault to the hotel ofcourse. Breakfast was above average, but lunch was disappointing. There is a good restaurant directly opposite the hotel (if you can make it safely over the very busy main road!) which we ate at twice. Overall a good stay, but pricy for what was available.

Very old decor. TV doesn't work in any room. The sofas in the lobby are dirty. Never go in this hotel. Shower very slow. Location terrible. Nothing interesting around the hotel.

Outdated facilities. Noisy, especially with kids running through the halls ringing doorbells.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are really nice and clean. Location is pretty good and close to most things you need.

Well maintained property. Room floors were squeaky clean. Toilet was spotless and water was clean! Pool was super clean too. Breakfast had a great variety of local and western. Staff was quick to respond. Great great stay, will definitely return if we are ever back in town!

We had a lovely 4nights stay at this hotel. The rooms are larger than most hotels with a great pool view. Rooms are clean, very comfortable. We arrived close to midnight starving and thankfully there was 24hr room service for food. The buffet breakfast, while not a huge spread, is of sufficient variety and quality for us :) Remember to order bacon from the staff as it is not on display. The hotel staff are very hospitable and friendly, and the spa was excellent (Rosi & Anggi) - we went twice and they were kind enough to accede to our appt even after 8pm. Location wise, there is the popular Naughty Nuri right across the street though it is a very busy street to cross. There are also many other food options and convenience stores about 10mins walk, including the night market Pasar Sindhu (try the roti panggang and martabak!). We did a day trip to Nusa Penida and the port is just a 10min drive away. Would definitely come back here again for vacation!

The Hotel is normal but clean. There are rooms for improvement 1. The bathroom water will flood in the shower 2. Call for room keeping or reception no one answer 3. The food serve in restaurant is pretty could be improve. 4. The music played in the lobby restaurant and general area is too loud and irritating But amenities and facilities seem great for the hotel
