A really nice place to stay in the middle of Ballina right by the River Moy. Lovely clean room which is serviced everyday and very friendly staff. It was great to get a full Irish breakfast each morning. I will definitely stay again.

We have come back to this hotel every year sence the beginning of Covid and we love it 🥰the staff are so nice and helpful ,food is beautiful we’ll worth a visit

The minute I walked into the hotel greeted kindly by the staff, The brightness and decor of the hotel is amazing. Our room was overlooking the river , big, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Nice touch in the bathroom with all the accessories. Breakfast in the morning was lovely and taste, service with a smile to the table. Looking forward in going back.

Absolutely fantastic hotel in a great location. Staff, accommodation and room were all just wonderful. Food was to die for and very reasonable. Lots of wonderful seating areas on all floors throughout the hotel. Hubbie loves fish and we had a great room overlooking the river which he went down to every morning before breakfast. Will definitely be back…

The Hotel was in a perfect location and was very nice. It is an older hotel, but very clean. The restaurant was wonderful. We had a family dinner there our first night and the food was exceptional. The wifi was not working our 3 days there, which was annoying, but to no fault of the hotel. Would stay there again.

This was a great place to stay in Ballina; centrally located so that we could park our car and mostly walk where we needed to go. Also was able to have the desk call us a cab if we needed to go farther. The room was small, but the bathroom was spacious and the bed was quite comfy. The only thing not comfortable was the heat, but the hotel furnished us with a fan and we tried keeping the windows open. We spent one evening at the downstairs bar with friends, which was cozy with live music. We spent another evening with friends at the bar upstairs, which was also terrific for our needs. One evening we ate at the restaurant with a fabulous river view seat. Loved watching the fishermen while we ate. Actually saw them catching salmon in the river! Plus our meal was absolutely delicious and the staff was attentive. Finally, we had four breakfasts in the restaurant and the quality and quantity was terrific to get us through most of the day. Lots of variety to choose from, and they were open to flexible choices.

Went with my family on the 15th of July for a meal. There was a big group of us which required 4 tables. The wait time for the food was amazing as it was out in a shot. There didn’t seem to be a lot of workers, but that didn’t make a difference as the service was amazing. The drinks came just before the food which I found annoying as we waited a long time for them only for a drink to be dropped at my wife’s foot. There seemed to be 3 people primarily doing the work, 2 lads and a girl. The food was top notch and the presentation was superb. The turkey and ham was the nicest I’ve ever had. The 2 gentlemen were some of the nicest men that I have met and were always compliant with our needs. Will definitely be recommending to friends and will be back again in the foreseeable future.

Wouldn't rate it as a 4 star. The telephone in our room wasn't working which I reported on Thursday morning it was,still not working when we left on Sunday. The hot breakfast was not hot and it felt like it had been cooked for hours. Most of the staff were nice except for the night porter. We got back to the hotel at 11.20pm to find that we couldn't get a drink. In general the place was clean and comfortable and the location is good. All in all I would be slow in staying there again.

This is r 6th visit when we're over visiting family the food again on point and service excellent especially from the young lady that served us didn't get her name but she was Canadian young lady that was brilliant especially with 2 big parties going on she was amazing that u soòoo much
