Gave very shady room and when asked to change room they don't have same category room as well as they don't have immediately High category so they asked me to pay extra fees which was almost 3 times higher which was paid

酒店在咖啡、胡椒種植園，環境非常安靜優美，圍繞中心湖建立了一些的別墅樓。酒店有3個餐廳，2個是露天的，四面通風，晚上有點涼。晚餐20:00開始。每天17:30種植園有免費導園參觀，學習了很多。衹可惜16:00以後有蚊子比較多，而17:30的遊園讓蚊子有了一頓美餐，如果遊園早上或者下午早一點就可以避免蚊子的問題了。房間硬件還可以，但是浴室、廁所設計非常不合理，進入廁所必須通過淋浴室，洗澡後，廁所地上都是漏進的水，非常滑，如果將淋浴室與廁所的門並排分開，就會解決問題。衞生還可以，枕頭太空棉比較廉價，與酒店價格檔次不符。

Great Breakfast. We stopped at Taj to have sundays breakfast we loved the warm hospitality by Mr.Prakash Babu and the food taste was 10 on 10. The ambience was amazing and we would agin like to visit. We recommend breakfast and lunch specially during weekends

The hospitality was amazing, specially Kirpa Ma’am made stay wonderful. We felt as if we were in our home. The restaurants breakfast, all other staff will really helpful and attentive. The best part of the property was that it was a pet friendly property and today in this concrete world, we were staying in lush green resort. The Manjunath Temple in the property is a blessing and the housekeeping manager, Kripa Ma’ am, helped us with the basics of basics, so that our stay stays comfortable.

This was our final night in India and the Taj West End was the best. From the warm welcome at reception to dinner in the restaurant and the large, very comfortable room - everything was just perfect. Unfortunately, we had to check out very early to get to the airport so couldn’t stay for breakfast. However, we were provided with a generous takeaway breakfast that we could eat at leisure at the airport. On our return home, we received an email about a shirt we had left behind ; this was promptly sent on to us. All in all a 5 * hotel with 5 * staff!

Taj West end - the perfect stay luxurious ambiance, and attention to detail. The staff was incredibly warm and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in, food quality is excellent and special thanks to restaurant service staff specially R.Mohan and Venkatesh.

Had an amazing breakfast. Staffs were incredibly attentive and went above and beyound to ensure a comfortable experience. Big thanks to Saravanan and Venkatesh. Amazing service! Rukesh was attentive and the rest of the staff is wonderful. Food is fresh and coffee is always strong and very nice. It’s comforting to know there’s a home away from home to enjoy while on a business trip to enjoy while we are tired

I had an incredible dining experience thanks to Chef Rukesh and his amazing team. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Beyond the food, the restaurant was spotless, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff was not only friendly but also incredibly accommodating, making sure every detail of our meal was perfect. A huge thank you to Chef Rukesh and the entire team for such a wonderful experience—I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service

Venkatesh, Sarvanan and Naveen took really good care of us at the restaurant. The staff throughout has been outstanding. Overwhelmed by the hospitality. Overall a wonderful stay. The food and housekeeping was great. Hope to come back soon.

The best taj to stay with the people will make it memorable for you . Ventesh , Naveen and sarvannan are best during breakfast hours their hospitality can make your day . Gym trainer Dinesh and babu are best in helping you . The location won’t make u feel that u r in Bangalore Thank you taj 🌸will definitely come back to this place
