Reservei no último minuto, chegando de um ônibus atrasado, e houve confirmação instantânea para que eu pudesse pegar um táxi para ir até lá. Rápido e fácil. Ao chegar, a equipe estava disponível O quarto era muito limpo e de estilo moderno, assim como a piscina e a área de café da manhã.

Best two days, room is excellent , staff assist you on the spot. Good place for street food, within the area of the palace, the pool is so good the style is so cozy. There are free biscuits , coffee , water and also the place is near and clean

Lovely hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. The hotel is budget-friendly and has a lovely pool area. Tea and coffee with cookie sis available 24/7 in their under-cover shared lounge space. Tea,vm coffee and milo sachets are offered in the rooms, and a small bar fridge too keep your drinks cold. They provided bottled water but the fridge is otherwise boy stocked. The breakfast was adequate but had limited choice and not much variety. For example, eggs are always scrambled, with no options offered. The meat is always sliced ham and hotdog sausages. A single cereal option (corn flakes) and only white bread, is offered. There is one fruit option, which does change daily, and a fried item, such as spring rolls, or prawn balls, which rotate through about 3 or 4 choices. I think for a 3-star hotel, this is the one place they could improve. It's also a fair distance from public transport options, but taxis are cheap enough for foreigners, so that may be a moot point.

Room was cleaned daily and all the consumables were topped up (toilet roll, shampoo, shower gel, coffee, sugar, tissues etc.). Room had a bed, lights, fridge, desk, TV, telephone, private bathroom with shower and balcony. Housekeeping staff dn reception were always very polite and helpful, great service especially when I enquired about printing boarding passes, just email the hotel and collect your documents from reception. Some of the hotel staff were very rude and dismissive, I'd ask a question or request something particular from them and they'd either refuse or just ignore me and walk away. Hotel manager was much the same, they seemed to have issues with residents bringing in their own food and using the hotel's microwave. But they'd always pass us the messages via their staff instead of speaking to us directly. The whole hotel has up to 100 rooms and only serves a small choice of breakfast, no other meals, it has a single microwave but they get funny if you try to use it. There's no events or functions or anything of the sort, they definitely have the room and facilities for this but I guess management doesn't want to invest. The pool is nice and cleaned regularly but gets very crowded in the busier periods and is too small to accommodate many of the guests.

Location was little bit far from transportation. Ferry was near. A lot of good restaurants. Pool was good. Our building did not have elevator

A lady at the reception during checking in was impolite and unfriendly, not even greeting the customer. She doesn’t have a service mind at all.

The room is really good 😊 the staff are very accommodating they even let me check in early then check out late. I will book again next time ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staffs are so kindness and very good place The local market is front the hotel And you can go to anywhere by bus It was really good

Good Location with good price. I really love when i see milo in the room,because i don't drink coffee😂 . Everything good. In the morning, they have market around there. Love that💚
