The room was nice and clean. So comfortable to stay with many amenities in the room. Lot of various food and convenience stores around the hotel by little walking.

The only problem with this property is the receptionists. They seem unfriendly and chin up. They do not have any hospitality nor service-mindedness. They won't treat you nice enough verbally, mannerly, professionally.. if the hotel management could hire a better team of reception, this hotel could have been much nicer to stay. The gym is only a pile of broken machines,every piece of equipment is broken, out of service, (not working) and they don't fix it nor find a replacement. Overall, it is worth paying for a nice stay in Bangkok if you can tolerate the bad service.

### Honest and Fair Review The hotel room was spacious and clean, which was a positive aspect of our stay. However, there was a persistent pungent smell of urine throughout the room, which was quite off-putting. The beds were relatively big but not very comfortable, and the air-conditioning system seemed to blow hot air rather than cold, which made the room quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the kettle still had water from the previous use, indicating a lack of proper cleaning. The TV only had Thai channels, with no international options available. The staff lacked customer care, and the reception experience was rather unpleasant. While Thai people are generally very nice, the reception staff at this hotel were short and unwelcoming, which was disappointing. Despite being rated as a 4-star hotel, I believe it should be rated only 3 stars. The location was okay, with plenty of food options around the vicinity. Breakfast was not great but acceptable. Overall, it was a budget-friendly option for a 4-star hotel, but it fell short of expectations. I wouldn't choose to stay here again, but it was adequate for a one-night stay.

The room was clean and well organised. The sheets and wash room were clean. Room was large as the furniture was well placed

Location is not nearest to nightlife spots. Smoking is not allowed is such a disappointment as we travel to relax and enjoy, not on a pilgrimage trip.

It was a good hotel but it’s little bit far away from the city.

Cheap rates and decent service but room is a bit old and dark, and quite far from main touristy locations

The room was spacious with comfortable bed. The balcony provided a wide city view. It was 15 minutes walk or some from BTS Station which was convenient BUT the conditions of the road / street all along was narrow and dangerous likely.

Near City Center, Silent, Cleanliness , Nice View, Friendly Staff

This place needs deep cleaning. It seems the facility has never been cleaned and maintained by skilled professionals. It also has problem with plumbing. Water won't drain fast enough. Unless you are a walker and enjoy walking you might want to use Grab to and from subway station.

Location is alright. Hotel facilities is acceptable. Good car park. Simple Breakfast. Not so friendly front staff.

Hotel was cozy and in a very good location. Will recommend this to my friends. I will definitely be back. Very friendly staff and accommodating

Around hotel have convenient store, street food and drinking shop. Hotel is good for stay a night for business. Make reservation online is cheaper than walk-in.

Nothing made me impressed. Unwelcome staff. Smelly room.
