Os quartos do hotel estão extremamente sujos. A porta do banheiro está quebrada. Há rachaduras no vidro da varanda, então não consigo chegar perto. A maioria dos quartos está voltada para a rua. À noite, o bar lá embaixo e as motocicletas passando são muitas vezes tão barulhentos que não consigo dormir antes das 4 ou 5 horas. O mais escandaloso foi porque o transformador fora da fiação elétrica do hotel explodiu durante a nossa estadia. Houve uma queda de energia em todo o hotel e o hotel não funcionou. Não me importo com nada. Foi muito ruim.

No geral, é muito bom. Reservei uma suíte. Não posso dizer que seja bom ou ruim. O quarto que me foi atribuído era muito escuro. Pelo preço, eu classificaria 75 pontos. Quando abri a janela, vi Pessoas no prédio ao lado, então não consegui abrir a janela. Pano, o banheiro é grande, há muitos hóspedes chineses e o pessoal da recepção fala bem inglês. A desvantagem é que está muito longe do BTS . Custa 30 a 40 Thai Zhu para sair de moto na estação Asok. O hotel tem carro, mas o horário é estipulado. À noite tenho que pegar uma moto para voltar. Há muitos cafés e 7-11 perto.A piscina tem uma bela vista, não tem muita gente e fecha às 22:00.

a localização é soso, o ônibus do hotel só parará perto de Asoke BTS, não parará em Phromphong. O hotel é um pouco antigo e nem sequer abriu depois de Covid. E eles fornecem toalhas bastante sujas e rasgadas para os hóspedes, o que é um serviço muito ruim, e o hotel só fornece toalhas do tamanho de lenços para os hóspedes e esta é a primeira vez que experimentei.

Location abit far from the big shopping malls. Buffet breakfast is good.

The location is fantastic, The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooftop pool was a great place to relax.

DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL EVER !!! One of the worst experiences... I booked the room for 2 nights. The first night I arrived very late around 1.30-2.00 am. I checked in at the reception desk and I received an upgraded room. I was tired after the flight so it was easy to fall asleep despite some noises which I thought was A/C. When it was bright, I found it's outside ventilation pipes.... And not only one pipe.... You can see the view from the "upgraded" room. I requested to cancel my booking for the second night but it was refused ( including explanation that offer is for the room with window nevermind what is outside). I moved to the other place. Overall experience for the hotel is more 2*-3* than 4*. It's just renovated.

I recently stayed at the Quarter Pom-Pom and found the experience generally positive. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the room was notably clean with everything functioning as expected. The overall stay was comfortable and the hotel's cleanliness and service stood out.

I get good impressions from front staff attention. They read my notes in the booking very well and arrange my room as requested. Rooms also clean and good condition.

Compared to nearby hotels, the room is new and clean，The price is not expensive

The location is super and easy to access to center of BKK and room facilities was great. Two TV monitor and accessible with internet

The location is tucked deep in the alley of Sukhumvit area.. but with GRAB it’s accessible to everywhere I need to go . The room was spacious and clean . Nice decor with all the amenities needed . The shower was of good water pressure too . Apart from the location, the stay was great . Front desk staffs are always smiling. The only thing is the housekeeping staffs should be more considerate in the morning, when doing their rounds .. they should keep their volume down and close the doors slowly. Else , all is good .

The hotel is rated as 4 star but at best feels like a very good 3 star. The location is good. There are nice yummy restaurants nearby, a very good dispensary across the street, and a few decent bars in the area. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the local malls. Breakfast is included in the reservation, and it is ok but not delicious. The pool area is pretty and the gym is well equipped but there is a risk of tripping and falling because there is little traction in the pool area and while descending the stairs from the pool there is a small ridge in the door frame that can trip you up and cause you to stub your toe pretty badly. The room I booked had a balcony but the staff says you cannot smoke on the balcony which is odd. There is no view from the balcony, just looking at an adjacent building. The lobby is a bit small and plain and check-out took a bit too long. Free tea/juice/lemonade is provided in the lobby. The room was clean but the bed was bit uncomfortable...almost too soft.

The hotel is very great but staff are not good at all this hotel cannot sign bill
