Love love love this hotel! The amenities are great! The Onsen was such a Nice experience, with it being my first time. Very clean and hygienic and all the staff were kind. The room was nice and the restaurant had some great dishes. The location is the best! You literally walk outside of the hotel and have so many options of bars, massage places, and restaurants. Definitely will be my go to!!! The only thing I wish is that the hotel would have a bar or service alcohol beverages. Sometimes it’s nice to order room service and be able to stay in the hotel and have a cocktail.

First time staying at this hotel and the experience was impressive. Decor and styling is grand and kept very clean, aircon was nice and cold providing comfort from the hot humid weather. Breakfast setting was great with a good selection of east and west choices. Only thing to improve was the water pressure for shower, it was weak.

I stayed from 9.10.2024-13.10.2024. My wife's birthday was on 9.10.2024, I appreciate the hotel's arrangement for decorating the room for her and providing her a small cake. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the BTS station, but it offers a free Tuk Tuk shuttle service, which is quite convenient. The room is spacious and clean, but the only downside is that there are no USB charging ports. The gym room is well-equipped, and the sauna is clean and pleasant. The staff are polite and make an effort to communicate with me in Mandarin, which feels very friendly. The buffet breakfast is abundant, offering Chinese, Western, Japanese, and Hong Kong-style dishes to cater to different travelers' needs. The spa and massage services are conveniently located on the 5th floor. Every hotel staff member I encountered was smiling and courteous, making my stay very enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Always a pleasure to stay. Nice big and clean room, this time on the 28th floor with great city views. Had time for a pre flight 6am swim too

Room is good and extending my stay with this hotel. Free shuttle ride to BTS. Fast and reliable. Clean room and, nice toilet and cold air-conditioning. Will stay here again for my future stay in Bangkok Thailand.

This hotel is so luxury and amazing, the room have huge spaces and clean. There are unblock city view and smart tv with youtube/netflix! Have a very great staycation here and recommended for those who have budget. The only bad thing is far from BTS station but hotel do have free shuttle service.
