How much you pay = how much quality you get. 20 mins walk to Terminal 21. Wifi is ok. You get a free welcome drink. Not the best quality but still acceptable in this price

The hotel location was close to department stores. You can walk about 15 minutes to terminal 21. Room was so nice and have all facilities. You also have welcome drink with 1 more free drink. The staff was so friendly.

Good service (reception), games on the bar, welcome drinks (please, teach barista how to do coffee). Recommendation: for this floor in the room you need to provide slippers

The location is good the beautiful hotel staff is very friendly so my day was very fine but the checkout I got the very disappointed they charge me 200 BTH Because they said lipstick from towel they find it’s not belongs to me but anyway I paid. I don’t want to argue with them unless everything is fine. 

the worst hotel I stay in Bangkok ever. The room are super dirty, no aircon, no hot water, smelly, Originally stayed 6 nights, I have to check out and change other hotel instead. Ridiculous.

The reception of guests is excellent and the welcome from the staff is really perfect service. The room is really good. Near BTS Nana, convenient to travel. Thank you for everything and if we travel again, we will definitely book the same hotel again.

I was surprised at the roof top pool which was a great place to relax plenty of sun and a good dip. Room is small but functional , The window is the frosted glass window in the bathroom so no views but some natural light great value for Bangkok.

Few min walk from the main road . Nice room , comfy bed and pillows . Has small swimming pool on the roof. Staff is friendly and helpful . 👍👍👍

Still quite a walk to BTS station, but still in a very convenient location. Staff were super nice. The room is just a bit not what you expect, but still you get what you pay for.

This hotel located nearby Nana. In the hotel had a small swimming pool. But I’m satisfied.

The room is good but have some dust on facial tissue box tray. The staff is very nice and helpful. Recommend

It’s relatively new And baue for money The aircon is cold which is great for the hot weather. Location is in central but the hotel is way inside the street so need to walk a bit

Just Dirty Hotel and need to.much cleaning , and was old.hotel and bad smells everywhere

Interesting location. It is in nana which is a big party area. Overall I felt safe walking around but was approached a few times by random men. Like anywhere stay vigilant. The room was very dirty and some furniture definitely needed to be replaced. The bed itself was comfortable. There were no curtains to block out the sun so you wake up with the light. Or housekeeping wakes you up at 8:30am. AC was good and front staff were kind. The hotel itself was safe and had guests from all over the world. WiFi was good but did not support a zoom call well.
