Avoid if you can. I picked it because I thought it was in a good area for some shopping. The area is pretty Third World. You will get lots of cheap cheap goods. But definitely not a comfy place. I asked for a window and this is what I received. They thought that was perfectly fine. Avoid.

I am very satisfied staying at this hotel. The location is very strategic. Just a few steps to Pratunam Market. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friend. And i will do a review on my tiktok also. Thank You. Tiktok : hananihalmi. I just can upload photos for review, actually i have videos too.

Nice hotel with good location, easily to find delicious food around. Staff is friendly and helpful, will definitely come back for next stay

Nice and spacious room. Not much amenities. Very good location, right besign pratunam market. Near 7-11 and good rate exchange.

Good and I really enjoyed everything

Room r clean and nice , reception girl r just ok , I live at 8 floor and got so many Chinese talking so lout and make noise can’t even sleep properly

Terrible service by the front desk staff. 26/11/24 9.45pm, i have approached the front desk staff. I have informed them that i have misplaced one of my room key card, Maybe  I have left it at the breakfast room this morning while having my breakfast. I have also asked them whether anyone have return my room key card to the front desk and perhaps i could have a new keycard.  To my surprised the front desk lady instantly with a rude voice and arrogant body language told me to pay 300baht.  I told her if she can assist me to check with the staff at the breakfast room. She has refused to listen to my explanation and repeatedly said i have to pay. Worst part she don’t even bother to ask for my room number. She insisted me to pay for the misplaced keycard.  I was so angry and requested to see the manager. She told me that the manager ‘went out’. I then told her that she don’t have to  kept on repeatedly mentioned that i have to pay for the misplaced of the room key cards. I was just asking whether anyone have return my room key card to the front desk and perhaps the front desk can assist me  to check at the breakfast room.. Rudely she asked me to check myself tomorrow at the breakfast room.  The front desk staff then sat down at the counter doing her job and ignored me who was standing in front of her at  the reception counter.  I have sent a email to the hotel because when i told the front desk staff that i will log a complaint she told me to go ahead.  The hotel  representative has responded to my email and said  it is a misunderstanding and miscommunication.  As a guest of the hotel, i personally felt  that there is zero customer service provided by the hotel staffs. There wasn't any misunderstanding or miscommunication between me and the front desk staff during the conversation . The staff was so rude by ignoring the guest who was standing right  in front of them. Worst part no apology and the staff can just  sat down in front of a guest while the guest is standing.  Upon checked out, i have paid 300baht by cash. Seriously I strongly do not recommend First House Hotel.BKK. Mistake i make was, I should read more negative reviews about the hotel at Trip Advisor before making a booking at this hotel. Strongly regret.

Towel didn’t replace new set after taking away even though we bring our own towel, toilet paper rolls didn’t replenish more previous was 2 rolls, our room beside was doing Reno works a bit noisy.

Bad hotel cheap nothing much to say ,,, near to platinum mall shopping

The place is very very convenient with jusr the morning market and a 7-11 downstairs However staff is not very friendly but is decent for price

3 days stay. Arrived at 10:00 so too early to check-in. Left luggage and came back at 19:00 to be given a room with no windows. Spoke to reception and was told nothing they could do even though I booked a room with windows. Reception was not helpful at all. Was then told I had to check-out at 12:00 next day and wait to be checked back in at 14:00 after all luggage was unpacked whihc needed to be re-packed and moved. Poor service overall. Great location

The only reason i stay in this hotel because the location was good. near to market. But the treatmnt there was bad. My sister wanted to borrow scissors at the receptionist counter but the lady from the counter just threw the scissors at my sister. When I asked why she acting rude and threw the scissors, she just made a lazy face without feeling guilty not even saying sorry. when I asked for her name she just pretended not to know. I insist to see the manager but the manager hid even though he was in the room behind the counter. This hotel is very pretentious with guests. The only good thing about this hotel is their bell boy. And if you come to Bangkok to be a personal shopper please do not stay in this hotel. Trust me you will regret because they will treat you like you are a beggar even if you pay for a hotel to stay in 2week without any discount. Especially the male manager who is very arrogant. Im talking and comment here because i stay in this hotel every month. but not anymore

Good place for stay, clean accomodation, good breakfast, easy go to anywhere
