遅い時間の到着になってしまいましたが、レセプションの方は親切でした。部屋からは海が見えて最高でしたし、オプションの朝食も美味しかったです。悪かった点は、部屋に備え付けてある電気ポットやコーヒーカップが誰かが使用したまま放置されていたことと、部屋の照明が壊れてつかなかった事です。

What can I say but what a lovely place to stay with Beautiful views over the Menai river and Bangor pier. Very bright clean rooms, beautifully decorated bar and restaurant area. Very friendly welcoming staff and delicious food. We will definitely return in the near future 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼💯

Bangor is a lovely place and I highly recommend visiting ... just avoid staying here. The rooms were not clean, there was no place for laying out clothes, and the person who worked the front desk was not particularly helpful or courteous. Very small bathroom with mildew all over the shower, old pillows, shabby, stained carpets. Otherwise, the water pressure was fine and the tv was okay. For the price point, you can find better.

Amazing views over the Garth pier. Great location with some parking & fresh air. Yummy food we could not get enough of. Just wish the rooms were well kept. Rooms had spiders so did not sleep well. Bathroom were kept clean. The staff are lovely & helpful.

I would not recommend at all, I have tried many times to contact hotel and no reply ******* tried to call them and same. I needed to cancel my 2 nights as I became ill, once I finally got through the person on the phone was rude and just kept telling me no manager I didn't even ask for a manager. ******* had sent them an e mail so I was calling to ask them to respond he just repeated no manager then put the phone down on me!! I tried and ******* over 3 days by phone and e mail and no joy. ******* have now stated they have not successfully had authorisation from a manger and the hotel is going to charge me £115!!! I was really hoping this was going to be a good place to stay as I stay in bangor every other week for work and spend alot on hotels. I can't comment on the hotel itself but going off the communication I have had with them don't expect a good welcoming experience. The staff I spoke to are rude and the is apparently never a manager there.

I booked Nomi to host a special dinner for a large group. The guests were delighted - with the service, the fantastic staff, but most of all, with the superb food. Thank you Kartik and your team for an excellent dinner - we will certainly return.

Good location and view. Lovely people. Great food.. Rooms were fine - although it would be good to have had a bit more drawer space. Owners and staff were attentive and helpful. The food was excellent. This is a new venture, deserving of support. We'd be very happy to go back. Lovely place.

Excellent service and very welcoming. The restaurant was fabulous, very interesting contemporary Indian food. Would definitely recommend the hotel and the restaurant. Nomi was brilliant, she never stopped smiling. The views across the Menai Strait are beautiful and many of the rooms have sea views. The young owners are clearly putting their heart and soul in making this a lovely experience for their guests.

We stayed as a challenging group of 12 meeting up for our annual gathering. We knew from the moment we entered that the new owners were going way above the norm to make our stay outstanding - and it was. Nothing was too much for them including all sorts of variations on the breakfast menu and a last minute booking for 12 at dinner Breakfast is cooked to order. You can have the standard fare but granola with fruit and yoghurt, French toast with fruit and smashed avocado on seeded toast were definitely the winners. Dinner is Indian food with a twist: beautifully presented, new flavours and good portions. The service - for 12 dinners - was spot on: orders were correct and the food was served at the same time. It's surprising how many places can't do this. The rooms are simply furnished but very comfortable and well appointed. Lots of sockets (unusual) and a very quiet location. Garth Pier is a 2 minute walk and access to Portmeirion and Anglesey is easy. Every one of us would wholeheartedly recommend Nomi Rooms AND Restaurant. Thanks for making it a memorable experience
