We had a terrible experience at this hotel. The first room had leftover food on the floor. So, they moved us to another room, which had broken glass on the sink counter. Not only that, the room reeked of cigarettes, when we specifically asked for a hypoallergenic room. We had to spend the night in that room since there were no other rooms available.
We overpaid for this stay, and we did not get our money’s worth.
This establishment is in dire need of renovation (especially new carpeting) and better quality control for housekeeping.

Very friendly staff. Ground floor room, good AV, no sink in bathroom, its in the bedroom, bath needs updating. Good volume and temp control on shower, shower head too low, even I had to duck hair drier didn’t work. Breakfast a buffet, OK but all a bit basic, coffee out of flasks, not hot enough Rooms not serviced unless you are there at least three days, no towel refresh or tea/coffee refresh…could ask for more Microwave, and fridge in room. Coffee maker OK. “Wardrobe” Rail very rusty

Booked this room on Travelocity...I always review individual hotel policies for the hotels on Travelocity. It said NOTHING about being a smoke-free property. Upon check-in we were told that the hotel has a STRICT non-smoking policy. The only place where smoking was allowed was in two chairs seated in front of their dumpsters. That was fine, we could deal with that for the night. Then we get to the room and there is a sign pretty much asking us not to smoke at all during our stay. I found it a bit over the top in an industry where you likely want to appease all guests. It was so noisy it was impossible to sleep due to the traffic outside the window. I'm not sure why they didn't put the guests in rooms not facing the street, as the place was far from 25% occupied. Had I known what I know now, I would not have stayed at this location. The room was fine, but not overly soundproof at all. They had another dumpster out by the main street for what appeared to be construction use ... that had rats living under it. I did find it odd given the aggressive warning about the smoking, their staff even just pop outside the side doors and smoke within 15 ft of the building.

Room was small and unfortunately smelt of urine and strong bleach upon arrival for our 3-night stay. We tried to air the room out but after our days out when we returned it was the same smell. The rest of the room was just ok but as we had a fair amount of luggage so it took up a lot of area which made for very cramped quarters. As a Choice member I would have expected better for the price we paid. Upon check out we mentioned the room smell which they were aware of simply saying that the previous guests had dogs and that was the bad odor...my answer to that is why did you put us in this room when I had requested a pet free room????

We’ve stayed here on 2 occasions now, and would recommend it as a great place to stay. The staff are very friendly, we were recognized right away as a rewards member and offered a couple “bonus” options. Check in process was easy. Location is convenient, close to the highway and yet there are lots of restaurants and other stores close by. Nice big parking lot. The breakfast options are plentiful for a continental breakfast. We were on the second floor and it was a spacious room with a stovetop and sink and a king bed. I’m sure we will be back again on our next trip

Comfortable, well equipped near restaurants and the I 95 ...buffet breakfast just ok ,and the roomrate a ittle on the pricey side for our pocketbook. For gold members the parking spot for member reserved parking didn't seem especially special.

Stayed for one night while on the way home from QB. Polite staff, clean rooms, ac worked well, wifi worked well, beds were comfy, sleep quality was good. Breakfast spread was decent with warm and cold items. Property is easy to access from I-95 and just over an hour from Acadia.

Fabulous room, was a good size and had everything you need. Breakfast is served between 6.30 and 9.30am, and is very good. Coffee is available in the lobby and the staff are polite and friendly. Also lots of eating places nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Still here at Hogan Road location,Two years plus. Staff here is great! I have no complaints or concerns. I started my stay November 2022. I have been lucky that I have trust funds to pay for my stay. The breakfasts are great.
