When Trip.com or hotel informed that booking was through “partner” Traveloka: worse than death threats are felt. My experience at that hotel was a total disaster. Every single room we saw had cracked walls, a leaking bidet, torn curtains, a barely working air conditioning, and stained pillows and bed sheets. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We had to change rooms three times just to get away from the awful smell coming from the air conditioning. The hotel did not offer any compensation, and we had to pay extra to move to a different room with a working air conditioner. However, even in the upgraded room, all the same problems persisted. The receptionist even argued with us, saying that the hotel's manager scolded him for waiving the upgrade fee for the first night.
