I stayed here a long time ago because it was close to the company I had to visit and when I realized it was the same hotel, my heart sank. Thankfully, it had undergone some improvement to the hotel and the rooms, but there were other negatives. The room: my pillowcases were stained. The bathroom sink was clogged and when I reported it, the housekeeping staff merely said "Ganyan po talaga." When checking in, the staff asked me to sign a form saying that the P1,000 deposit I just gave, was claimed. I said "But I just gave you 1,000." She said that they would return it upon checkout. "So I will sign it AFTER I receive it, not BEFORE." Another staff said it was SOP for Microtel but I said that Microtel Baguio where I stayed last month, didn't ask me to do the same.
