Service - I was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade from a superior room to a deluxe room. Facilities - Our room was spacious and clean. The kids really enjoyed the pool, as well as the kids' playroom. Food - The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a variety of options.

Luxurious environment, spacious room and all the staffs are friendly. The welcome drink was refreshing. We had free service of birthday cake + balloon surprise in the room on the day of arrival. the cake was delicious. not to forget the breakfast also superb. thank you for the memories

Service is top. Food is variables and delicious. Facilities is awesome for kids and adults. Staff is very friendly and nice. Love this staying. Will come again for sure.

The room is very nice and clean. The service is also very good. But the car park is limited and need park very far.

Stayed for 2 nights and had wonderful breakfast there. It would be more wow if we could have different breakfast menu the next day. It was rainy days when we were in Penang. We found umbrella in the room and saved the day! Overall experience at Park Royal is great and I would definitely come back

The room view is nice if u have sea view. Very good for family or group vacation. The environment is really refreshing. Sunset view so nice from this hotel.

Everything is good. The staffs are very friendly. The room is clean and thank you for upgrading me from Superior Twin to Deluxe King. The resort facilities are great and kids friendly. The breakfast also good in taste and variety. Definitely will be revisit.

Upgraded to seaview with charge of rm150. Comfort enough to rest and relex.

We stayed for 5D4N at the Parkroyal Penang hotel and we definitely enjoys our stay. Breakfast was good and varied. There are pools with slides. Staff are helpfulness and welcoming. Housekeeping did an amazing job everyday during our stay. Highly recommended.

Everything is good. The service is good. Receptionists are all friendly and its hospitality is great. The facilities provided are excellent and the staff are great too.

Love everything about this hotel from the hospitality, food and ambience. The breakfast was superb but i sure hope you would consider expanding the buffet spread site (as the space became crammed during peak hours). I would like to express my utmost gratitude to all the hotel staff and especially to the gorgeous receptionist lady, Ms Gowri. She was polite, helpful and friendly which made me feel very welcomed. This is my first visit to Park Royal and definitely will not be the last.
