Clean room comfy bed complete amenities clean bathroom nice service all staff , pool at roof top is a plus. thanks to bellboy staff ROVi , Fast check in and
Delicious brf . Its enjoyable stay. For lil advice maybe having lil playground or kids corner wil be nicer .

Stay for 3 nights and the make up room not as per international hotel association standard. Toilet tiles and flooring not clean enough. There are 2 type shower but 1 only can be use.
Call for technicians twice but never show up.

New hotel in batu. Overall is nice. The only downside is parking lot. They provide shuttle to go to parking lot, which is troublesome if it's a rainy day.

- The hotel near the main road, bcoz my room facing the road so it’s a quiet noisy & the room not soundproofing so i can hear the next door speak.
- The staff are polite & friendly.
- Indoor swimming pool.
- Not many choices for breakfast

オープンして2年程度しか経っていないのて小綺麗ですが、防音が最悪でした。3階のプールサイドだったので1日中子供の声がし、夜は夜で隣の話し声・上の階からの足音、更に部屋の入り口に面した通路からの話し声と夜中までうるさかった。それから部屋の使い勝手が悪い(レイアウト)のとTVが曲がって取り付けしてある。
以上の事から新しい3星ホテルと判定します。

Pertama kalinya nginep di hotel ini bareng keluarga dan so far pelayanan sangat memuaskan dan untuk sekelas hotel bintang 4 ini harga makanan dan promo fnb yg ditawarkan cukup menarik dan affordable sekali. Rasa makanan juga sangat enak, selain itu hampir di setiap lorong kamar beraroma wangi dan pelayanan house keeping dan concierge gercep sekali. Ada free vallet parking jg buat yg males nyari parkir. Selain itu mereka jg free shuttle car buat anter kita ke parkiran mobil buat yg ngga mau vallet. Dari segi kenyamanan kamar overall good dan diatas rata". Bisa netflix dan youtube jg di kamar jd bikin bocil" pada betah di kamar. Untuk skyhill nya so awesome banget pemandangannya dan tempatnya, sangat cocok buat yg mau ngechill dan relax tanpa harus keluar hotel. Jadi sangat patut dicoba dan will come back again soon! Thankyou for the hospitality. 🩷
