Stopped here for one night. Big mistake! Should of kept going. Fred the manager is a low life unprofessional human being. Has no issue yelling at a customer and being rude simply because a customer pointed out their was issues! Are you too dumb to realize without customers you would not be making money! I don't know how they allow someone like this to treat customers like that and still have a job! But it shows where this country is as a whole. Wet dirty floors when we walked in, stained pillows, mold, trash, and dirt under the bed. The rooms must never get a deep cleaning. It's hard to say if anything gets washed. I thought with it being Red Roof inn we were going to get a decent room but a homeless shelter would have been cleaner than this dump! Where we are from they close down hotels that are this bad! We never had experience this bad before in any of our travels. It should not be tolerated but they don't care!

Please RUN!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. I know you get what you pay for, but the front desk smelled like an animal shelter. I tried to not check in but was told it was 10 minutes past cancellation time and there was nothing that could be done. I don’t have the money to have two hotels at the same time so I thought it can’t get worse! It does!!! All the pictures are from the 80’s I’m sure so it looks like pure trash now. The people “hanging around” let’s just say seems like a pay by the hour kind of thing. I can’t even describe how terrible the room was. I immediately go to demand my money back because at this point felt completely unsafe. There is now a “manager” and I do get a refund so at least they did the right thing. But I can not stress enough Do Not stay here! I learned later from locals that all the good reviews come from the homeless community that get to stay here. Explains so much!! Pictures are just from what I could stomach to get really fast.

We stayed for 1 night to get out of our rv during a bad storm with tornado warnings. We have a 120 pound mastiff and they let us stay no problem. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable and had everything that we needed. A little noise during the night but we got a good night's sleep.

Worst hotel I've experienced in a very long time. The room smelled like mildew. There were towels on the floor jammed under the adjoining room door, which was unlocked and nearly impossible to lock. The beds were hard and made a lot of noise just getting into or out of them. Pillows were flat. Although the room appeared clean, it was dingy and did not give a clean vibe at all. Pool was not available. Nothing good to review at this location.

Having worked in a hotel before, before checking out I always ***** the sheets and put all the towels together. It just makes it easier for housekeeping. Upon stripping the sheets I noticed ALL 6 pillows were disgusting without pillow protectors. The mattress protectors were stained like they had been urinated on. The knob to turn the shower on wouldn't go past the cold because it had been replaced with the wrong part. I had to push the shower button in to turn the water to hit. There is an extra security latch that when you flip it the door should not open even if it has been unlocked, it was useless because it had been put in the spot. The microwave and freezer were gross too. I have more pictures and videos but I can only upload 10.

Had a great experience they made sure we were very comfortable. The check in process was absolutely great. Robin knowles was so friendly greeting us with a smile and nothing but kindness. I recommend this place 5 stars. I have stayed many places but the kindness there was just amazing need more people like them.
