I'm really disappointed with this hotel.. I made a reservation a month ago and paid in full.. but when I arrived at the hotel at 10/30 at night with heavy rain.. no place to stop or drop things off.. walking through the rain with a small child already asleep.. with no bell man.. difficult parking... BAD HOTEL:. the hotel receptionis given the key to the room on the 3rd floor, room 312.. opening the room door i was surprise.. I was not satisfied:.. i call the hotel no answer:.. I go down to the hotel lobby:.. they given another key room 316:.. went upstairs with my own belongings, the little one was already asleep.. the room was not ready to.. still tidy...ang messy room…

the hotel is very bad... for me it's not a budget problem... the guest has already paid, please care of the name of your hotel... I'm serious sleep in a budget hotel...
