Lehu Apartment Hotel (Beijing Pingxi Palace Wendu Water City)

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was big and spacious. It was clean and the staff were friendly and kind. 小凌 was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for me, she was excellent! Thank you so much dear. The location is a bit far away from the city or subway. The average wait time for a taxi was 5 minutes. I would give the hotel 4/5.

I keep an open mind towards my experiences depending on the location and culture. Recently, I stayed at Lehu Apartment Hotel in a Sunshine Deluxe room for about a month in June. Below, I will share my experience through a standard set of hotel stay evaluation questions. Enjoy! The check-in process was seamless, taking around 10-15 minutes. The room was clean and met expectations. Room amenities, including the functional refrigerator, were satisfactory. The bed was comfortable with special cushioning. Hotel staff, especially 前台小凌, were friendly and helpful. Room service was effective in meeting needs. The hotel's ambiance contributed positively to the experience. The location was convenient. Wi-Fi service was easy to use. Overall sleep quality was good. Staff were immediately responsive to issues. Parking for motorcycles was safe. Laundry services were satisfactory, with a suggestion for drying racks. Booking process was simple. In-room refreshments were standard. Acoustic insulation in the room was better than most. Navigation within the hotel was easy. Bathroom facilities and amenities met standards. Electrical outlets were conveniently located. Room size and layout exceeded expectations. Likelihood of staying again is high. Suggestion for improvement includes implementing delivery service robots. Overall, it was a great stay.

在温都水城玩兒，小住一晚，和湖灣酒店是同一棟樓，分配出來一部分作為公寓，前台在側面，標誌不太明顯，最大的牌子擋在了樹後面。 房間設施比較新，服務也不錯，細節衞生有待提高，比如水台下面有煙頭。

已經住很多次了 每次帶媽媽來學校這邊 麻麻都指定説要住這家酒店 前台和打掃房間的阿姨都很熱情 屋內設施也很乾凈 齊全 特別好 居住感nice 推薦！

公寓的價格，酒店的品質，性價比真的很高，和湖灣聯通的，為小朋友考試定的，很方便，以後考試還來這，滿意

很滿意的一次體驗，和湖灣酒店是一個樓，沒其他全服務要求的話這個樂乎就很方便了，大堂是通的，通用的電梯，就是樓層不同，陪孩子參加比賽住兩天，對我來説這個特別經濟實惠還不耽誤事！
