We have parked our car at the hotel’s private paid parking place. They asked us to leave the keys at the reception for them to move it in case of need. Big mistake! Next day we found our car scratched in 3 different places. We have presented the situation to the management, asking if they have a policy/resolution for this situation. They told us they will check and revert to us. This never happened, no resolution provided, no responsability taken, and we ended up with the damage. This comment is meant to raise an awareness for future guests!
