Unkind service, irresponsible response, avoiding mistakes. We rented a room and stayed overnight. However, there was a problem with the water tank in the toilet, so we had to refill the water tank ourselves with a bucket to flush it everytime. It was very embarrassing and confusing, but the desk staff told us there was nothing they could do about it because it was night, and to contact their manager in the morning. We waited and had to check out with the inconvenience until the end. However, the staff in the morning also told us that there was nothing they could do about it because we had made a reservation at the agency service and told us to contact the agency service. They didn't care about our inconvenience, were rude and irresponsible, and never saw a smile. We contacted the agency service and connected with the hotel, but the response came back that the hotel had never received such feedback from us. We complained twice! We were not compensated properly and the small amount of points the agency service gave us were all we received. They are rude, unkind, and do not see any wrongdoing. It was the worst hotel we have ever experienced in our lives. Do not come here. That should be better to sleep the little bench in front of this hotel.
