A recepção sempre cheia de gente. Eles têm dois elevadores, mas apenas um deles funciona, se você olhar os outros comentários, verá que isso leva muito tempo e eles não consertam. Fiquei 5 dias, em um quarto para 6 pessoas, quando cheguei, o banheiro do nosso quarto não tinha porta, após reclamações diárias, continua exatamente igual. Eles não limparam o tempo todo que estive lá. Nas casas de banho comuns não substituem o papel. Há sempre muito barulho.

Very cheap and gives you everything you need, besides a kitchen for you to use. The breakfast did look nice though I didn't try it

The staff at the reception were friendly and efficient, making the check-in process a breeze. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was cozy, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The amenities provided, such as the Wi-Fi and television, worked perfectly. The room also had ample storage space, which was convenient for a longer stay. One of the standout features of the hotel is the communal areas. The bar and lounge area are trendy and vibrant, catering to both guests and locals alike. It's a great place to relax, socialize, and meet new people. The hotel also offers a range of events and activities, such as live music and game nights, which adds to the overall fun and lively vibe of the place. Another highlight is the breakfast buffet. The variety of options offered was impressive, with something to suit everyone's tastes. From fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and a selection of beverages, it provided a great start to the day. Overall, my experience at Generator Berlin Prenzlauer Berg was outstanding. Self check-in was seamless. Shower room was clean. Only issue is card sometimes not working for the shower room

Great service. Warm and pleasant environment

Good location, huge hostel - lots of rooms & a big common area. Breakfast was decent, quality wasn't the best. No/minimal amenities (eg. no handwash in the men's toilet). Towels are costly to rent, it's better to just buy a new one from the supermarket next to the hostel. No restaurant/cafe on site, except a breakfast time + bar. The prices are quite on the economical side though, so can be considered worthy of the money you pay.
