Great 2-3 day get-away stay with friends! Very charming house, wonderful location/access to White Mountains, etc., beautiful property, friendly staff and owners. Bedrooms and beds were comfy and common areas were inviting. Have stayed here in both the fall and winter. Lovely both seasons!

We stayed at this beautiful location in mid-October in the Cabot room. As others have said, the grounds and building are beautiful. The breakfast in the morning was delicious with the host presenting 3-4 options with a consistent set of sides. The inn was not too far from the western edge of the Kancamagus Highway and just a short drive from the mountains and Vermont border. There is a small town nearby with food options, ice cream, and a convenience store.

The Adair was amazing. Such a beautiful place. Like a story book. We loved our time here. Only problem was that we only stayed for one night. Would have loved to have stayed longer and enjoyed seeing the sights a bit before we left. Breakfast in the morning was amazing. It was so delicious and made the entire time there magical. This place is a must stop on your vacation.

What a rare gem!!! We travelled wide and far on this foliage trip and Adair Inn most definitely was the best lodging experience of them all! Everything was superb- the hospitality, the warm smiles, the room which was spacious and pampering. Everything smelled and felt clean and top notch and it was. Unfortunately, we arrived for only one night and the restaurant was closed on that evening so the review lacks that part and that was really sad. Breakfast was lovely and generous and all in all it was a luxurious and beautiful experience in a house with a history and a staff with every intention to make it last. Go!

This is the most quaint, beautifully located clean & wonderful b&b. We stayed here in early October & the colors were amazing. The hotel is historic and cute as can be, like something out of a romance novel. Staff very nice and accommodating, food is delicious. Will stay again.

I such a great time! My 2 friends and I each had our own room; we did some shopping in No. Conway and Littleton in the morning, then we came back to the Inn to rest up a little before dinner. The waitstaff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating - especially Kelly. Sarah and Ben. Would love to return in the spring for more adventures.

Adair met my every expectation for a NH country inn. I have recommended it to friends and would love to return myself. The registration was flawless, the hospitality welcoming and the breakfast delicious. We did not dine but the dining room looked cozy and welcoming

This is a beautiful Inn in the White Mountains of NH. It has changed hand several times in recent years and the new owners have done a great job of assembling a solid team to manage this lovely place and serve excellent food. We had a pleasant dinner, good service, nice choice of drinks, wine, appetizers and entrees. Some foodies who know everything might think the food ordinary, but most people will find it well prepared, well served and fairly priced. If you're in the area, a great place to stay and/or a great place for dinner.

First visit here - and we LOVE this place! We will return. Top notch service, beautiful rooms, comfy bed, gorgeous mountain views, trails along the property. Loved the gardens in the back of the house. Breakfast is included in the rate and it is terrific. Also - a nice baked goods and beveridge is offered in the afternoon. We also dined in their restaurant and the food is excellent. Kudos to all of the team members at the Inn and Restaurant. We also enjoyed meeting the new owner.
