Location wise, very good place to stay. Nearby amenities a lot. Near amusement park

A very nice, big hotel..very clean.  but need to walk bit about 7-10 minutes to main town. But since the tunnel is very bright even at night, its a nice walking. Ok to rebook again in future.

Over drained water from bathtub. Very soft pillow, you can request to change at reception

Toilet has this uncle hair cream smell, no ventilation inside bathroom, just individual aircond at bed area, water tap is very tight too turn on/off. Last minute booking hotel in betong with family so no choice, but the staff is very friendly and helpful, the balcony view was nice jungle, ground floor has massage center 300bht per hour. Just about 2min walk will reach the tunnel, 10min to clock tower town area

Hotel is located in the centre area surrounded with everything. Cleanliness is ok and staffs are friendly!

The water drainage was poor. Faulty bath tub. Shower and water faucet. Sound proofing was poor.

Nice location, we book the family room. Room is spacious with two king beds, room is clean.staffs are friendly and helpful. Worth every penny.

the standard king size room is medium and tghe air con maybe old and it works well. however the reception hall, lounge, coffee house and others hall way iare not air con . anyway the price is cheap and staff services are3 helful.

Generally hotel room is clean and very spacious. Best for bikers as you can just park your big bike in front of the lobby. Location is a short walk to the food places.

During check in at late night, there's already switch On aircond & light in the room.. Meanwhile, during check out hotel claim us smoking in the room.. there's make me frusterated on the arrangement of the room & careless of housekeeping..
