Avaliações do Novotel Bishkek City Center

Decided to book the same hotel for our return leg after trekking in Karakol. First stay at Novotel was excellent (see my other review) but the second stay was horrible. Check in time was 3pm so we went out for lunch and got back at 3.20pm only to be told that one of the two rooms was not available. Reception staff, Zania, was rude and unapologetic and didn't even bothered to provide an estimated time. Another receptionist told us it would be about 30 mins and they would send the keys to the room. We went into the room and at 4.15pm we called the reception desk and they told us they will deliver the key in 5 mins. 10 mins have passed before the key was delivered. 5-star hotel with poor time management and bad service - no follow up on room key. Other areas were good though EXCEPT front desk staff. Staff at massage/pool were polite, so were the restaurant staff. Please educate your front desk staff especially Ms Zania, as they are the first line of service.

Second time staying here. Room clean & spacious! Will recommend.

Great professional staff, clean room

Perfect for an overnight layover - near the airport and they have an airport shuttle with no additional cost. Staff can not speak English; however they were so helpful! I communicated with them directly via WeChat.

My friend had lost her luggage and needed some help to contact the airport / airlines. The receptionists were extremely helpful and active in reaching out to all channels available. Even after we checked out, they helped us to follow up. Was a great stay! 10/10 would recommend!

Nice hotel in Bishkek

很不錯的酒店，設施完善，床很舒服，隔音也還可以。早飯品種也很豐富。地處市中心，周邊生活配套也比較多，到商場走10分鐘左右。

酒店位於凱什比克市區，周邊有超市和餐館，交通方便。酒店房間寬敞舒適，安靜衞生，早餐豐盛，但不太符合國人胃口。酒店工作人員熱情，有求必應。總體而言，值得入住！

無可挑剔，正如這個國家的絕大多數酒店一樣，房間非常非常乾淨！設施齊備，我借用了轉換接頭，需要10美元按金，工作人員非常熱情，友好，負責。

房間確實比較乾淨，床品也比較乾淨。但毛巾有點硬。 房間比較小。 牙刷水和衞生需要要服務才可以。房間沒有一點智能的設施。 早餐種類挺多，但是中國人能吃的就那點。每天就衹能吃點剩菜，雞蛋，水果和牛角包。 總體來講，這麼高價格的酒店和服務不匹配。整體像是中國新建的經濟型酒店。頂多算3星半。

部屋にはドライヤー・ポット・コーヒー/紅茶あるが、歯ブラシは無し。レセプションで言えばもらえるかも。部屋はきれいで広くて眺めも良く快適に過ごせました。 朝食も美味しく特に野菜が嬉しかったです。
