The entire staff was awesome great stay and the rooms were beautiful. I would definitely stay here again

This property was clean and very nice. The room was above expectations. It is located close to the airport so you’ll hear planes taking off frequently. The breakfast was good and sufficient. Didn’t swim in the pool or use the gym area but checked both of them out and they looked nice! Would stay here again in the future.

I was not impressed with how the staff knew so little about the hotel and they did not have washcloths! NONE!

I enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious and clean. Could hear noise from room next door, so the rooms are not soundproof. But it did not disturb me. Would stay again

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was really helpful, the room was very clean, and everything felt very new. However, the pool was very cold (too cold to swim in) and since I was traveling with my kids that was something I was really disappointed in. I was told by staff it's always that cold. Also, I was surprised to be charged for parking. Maybe that's common in that area but it's not something I expected.

The breakfast was good. A lot of variety to pick from. They do charge you for parking on their lot. The room was clean but I found old baby bottles best to the bed when I checked in. The pool was clean but small. No hot tub. The gym was nice and clean. Fairly quiet in the halls. Would stay again.

We got to the hotel later at night due to traffic. We drove but it was great if we would have been able to stay longer than just to sleep and eat breakfast we would have. we will definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

We initially checked into a room and upon dropping our stuff off in the room to leave for dinner we noticed the door to the room didn’t latch closed. We tried multiple times to make sure we pulled hard enough for it to close but it never did and was easily pushed in. We requested to change rooms and we were able to. We were put in a 2nd floor room right near the front of the hotel. It was around midnight when we were getting ready to go to sleep and we kept hearing loud music. We initially thought it was a car parked right out front or possibly a neighboring room. After checking we noticed it was the music they play out front of the hotel entrance. We called the front desk and were told that they didn’t know what to do and that they would tell the manager the next day. I didn’t get any sleep that night and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Not being able to get sleep in a hotel because of the hotel playing loud music is beyond absurd.
