This place is about average compared to the other ones we have stayed at. The bed was comfortable and the room was large. The refrigerator in our room was in an awkward location and right next to the connecting door. I know our neighbor could hear us every time we got in the fridge. The bathroom and shower were nice and the water pressure was great. The hotel was nice and clean with a large area to hang out with family or friends. The worst part of the hotel was the breakfast. It was not very good and you had to wait forever for the food to get refilled. We saw a homeless person come in and load up 3 plates of food and walk out. I mean they stacked the plates full of food and left. Nobody from the hotel did a thing. At least they got food I suppose. Either way, this was about average. If we were to come back to the area we would probably look for a different Marriott.

More pros than cons, but the cons are unacceptable. The room itself was spacious and the layout was just what we were looking for. The cleanliness was sketchy. The sofa had some sort of dried fluid stain on it. There was a random empty Skittles package in an uncleaned corner near the sofa. We were not given a do-not-disturb tag for the door. When housekeeping arrived the next morning, I asked them to return at a later time. He asked me what time was best and I told them. However, when we returned to the hotel later that evening, the room had not been cleaned. The following day, the room had technically been serviced, but it was subpar at best. The bed was made haphazardly, towels were not neatly folded and arranged. I am a pretty easy- going guest. I ignored the brusque attitude of the housekeeping guy when he was asked to return. I ignored the polite, but general lack of urgency when we informed the concierge that our room was not cleaned . At the very least I expect the staff to make the bed properly. Finally, the hotel really should reconsider their stance that prevents guests from using Appletv, Firesticks, etc with the television. I have never run into this before. It is a bit ridiculous that the lone way utilize Netflix, etc on the hotel's app portal. I did not want to sign in with my personal details. It is safer and more convenient to allow access through the HDMI port. We were traveling with a child and this would've been a great bonus. Our TV had 3 seemingly available ports that were unusable. It's disappointing and frankly out of touch with the times. Overall- quiet, lovely room, plenty of parking, standard free breakfast, nice fitness center,(mostly) polite staff.

It would have been a 5, but my whole experience was ruined by returning to my room late for my last night to fine that housekeeping had left my door propped open. It was scary and unnerving to imagine how long it had been that way. Luckily I wasn’t alone and nothing seemed to be missing or out of place. When I reported it their response was “we’ll report this to housekeeping and we will see about maybe adding some Marriott points to your account.” I was going to try to extend my stay for a day but opted to not stay there another night. Just disappointed in their lack of security.

I felt like they thought they were paying me to stay there. Check in started a little weird, I was told I could not bring my own alcohol into the hotel (didn't have any on me, so its not like they SAW it) you could only buy theirs from the "market" - the little food area next to the front desk. I said oh for the lobby area (that seemed reasonable) and they said no not at all into the hotel anywhere, including your room. "This is hotel policy." This should be mentioned up front because a very expensive bottle of wine cannot stay inside a hot car for 3 days! Plus how bizarre. Room was beautiful and clean. Friday breakfast was ok. Eggs were wet, bananas were rotting, apples were sour, sausage was slightly below average. Did have lots of selection and luckily we brought our own fruit and was not told we couldn't have our own fruit so that was fine for us. Our team had games at 8am Sat and Sun so would miss the breakfast, a parent asked if the cold food could be put out early so the team didn't have to skip out. This is typical for hotels to do this for us and is truly appreciated. If fact never been denied over years of travel soccer with both kids. The next morning no food was out. The front desk said they girls can have cereal. The milk was locked up though. Finally got the milk unlocked and cereal was had. One teammate asked kindly if a bagel could be gotten and was told no. When I asked if we would have all the cold the next day I was told the manager decided NO because there wouldn't be enough for everyone. The hotel was full, there should be enough breakfast items purchased for all, we shouldn't have to go without because of poor planning and poor purchasing. Another request I made was to have coffee available at 6:40 and was told no. They also put up the coffee right at 9 when breakfast is over. So no early coffee and no afternoon coffee. I asked if coffee could be available more times and was told that is why we provide room coffee. Which I countered room coffee was disgusting. The front desk them claimed that no hotels ever put out coffee outside of breakfast hours and this was an unreasonable request. Having stayed at many hotels I would disagree. Next morning, milk was locked up again. Finally got it unlocked and they immediately locked it. A dad said we have a few more girls coming down for cereal before the game can you leave it unlocked and he was told no. They acted like letting the girls have access to the cereal that we are paying for was a huge favor and they were extremely put out about it. I went to put our luggage in the car at 5am and got locked out. I realize this is for security but the part where you scan your badge to get back in was not working. I finally reached the front desk on the phone and got back in. Then she said it had been broken from the night before and they are just manually locking it and unlocking it. I think maybe a better solution is a work maintenance order and meanwhile answeri

When I research a place to stay, cleanliness is my number one must have! And this place was very clean! I can do without certain amenities, but not without high standards for housekeeping and they did an exceptional job! Would absolutely stay here again!!

Clean rooms but non practical layout. TV off to the side of the beds, small counter space in bathroom, large closet but why needed for hotel instead would be more useful to have larger bathroom for that space, and no safe. Lots of kids coming from pool without towels making the elevators drenched and slippery. Staff were not really friendly, never welcomed or greeted you upon entry. Needs some customer service assistance. Expected more from the Marriott brand.

Really an amazing stay! Newer hotel with the usual amenities. Interaction with any of the staff was excellent. Rooms are very nice and QUIET! Great water pressure in the shower and the shower head itself was placed higher than I am (6'2"-which IS a big deal for me, lol). Close to everything! Go and enjoy!
