Courtyard Cincinnati Blue Ash

I have been a Marriott Bonvoy member for years. In November I have reservations to stay at the Ritz in San Francisco for a week. Now I am concerned as I am staying at this Courtyard right now. Turned back the sheets last night and there was what looked like dried poop on the fitted sheet. It was late so slept on top of the flat sheet. Went down this morning and showed a picture to the person at the desk and said she would send someone to change the sheets. Never happened, we got back from a wedding after 10 this evening and the same poopy sheets were still on the bed. Went down to the desk, guess what they can deliver sheets and I, the guest can change the sheets and make the bed. I will post a picture if I can. What was to be a great time with family for this wedding started "poopy" and is still that way. So frustrated at service you get these days. Update. They brought the wrong sheets so now we still can't go to bed. The kicker is I was told "no way to confirm that was how I found the bed, whose to say it wasn't me!!!!!"

First, let me say the room was fine! Has everything you need; mini fridge, clean shower, comfortable bed. The issue came in when one of my co-worker's reservation was lost. She got in and had nowhere to stay. Luckily my room had a pull out sofa bed. They mentioned they would come by give us extra towels, but that didn't happen. The staff was very nice, but it was an unfortunate mix up.

The hotel was clean and rooms were fine. The hotel snack and drink store was a little pricey. I’ve seen hotels that were 50% less cost on drinks, etc. My dear friend was very concerned with the fact a meeting room wasn’t permitted to us for our kids to play games in. We didn’t want them to be noisy in the lobby and just wanted a quiet place. The pool did shut down as well for a couple days while we were there because the pool light and electrical wires were floating in the pool. Was it dangerous? Who knows.

Outstanding customer service! Nakeya was so polite and had a smile on her face right when I got to the check-in counter. She accommodated my demanding needs. I had the pleasure of having dinner at the Bistro inside the lobby. Daron Rhodes has such a great personality and was an outstanding cook! I can’t thank you enough for having such good employees that care about their employees. Victor was so kind too!

It was a typical , to slightly less quality than typical for a Courtyard Marriot. Kind of tired. Ice machine on our floor broken. It is in a good location though, and bed was comfy. Small things could be done to improve it, like replace with a better iron and add a make up mirror.

Typical setup for the chain hotel, located in quiet area with good service especially from the in house bistro staff , ample free parking with short distance (less than. Mile) to freeway. Good for overnight stay with good size rooms Did not experience any shortcomings

everything went well with the stay. ordered breakfast taste good too. kind and friendly staff who helped with marriott gift card processing for bill payment. at the penultimate night, asked for late check out (3 pm) and was granted immediately

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a business trip. It is located in a kind of remote area with little in the way of facilities (restaurants/shops et) within walking distance. My room (on the 2nd floor) was serviced by a lift that meant walking the entire length of a (very) long corridor from reception. After this experience I took the stairs! My room was OK, decently furnished (though slightly tired) with a very comfortable bed and good heating/a.c. The w-fi was free and reliable. Surprisingly, the hotel did not have a genuine restaurant or bar, just an area annexing the reception. I took breakfast there and it was OK, but on the pricey side.

As I said I checked out at 11:30 am when I returned home and unpacked my suitcase I found that I had left the shoes in the closet. when I called Lisa the manager, she stated that she had "personally" gone to the room and found no shoes. The only people in that room besides my wife and I was the gentleman cleaning the room who we greeted as we left. Lisa, the manager sounded as though I was lying about losing my shoes. I informed her it does not bode well for a business that can't be trusted with someone's possessions. What if it had been a watch, wallet, or piece of jewelry? She offered to file a claim I declined.
