1st night checked in and the room key did not work. Finally got into the room and found there were no handcloths or wash cloths in the bathroom. After calling to get them delivered; I then turned on the TV which took 3 minutes to load before you could select a channel or get the guide to come up on the screen. They do not have a printed guide to the stations available. After the download was complete, I tried to set the Closed Captioning. I called the front desk for the second time to find out how to set up the Closed Captioning. The clerk said he had no idea but, I could call Tech Support and they might be able to help me. I dialed the number the clerk gave me and after a 15 minute wait someone picked up and asked me for a ticket number. I said I did not have a ticket number and that the clerk at the Extended Stay America in Blue Ash, Ohio gave me this number to call. He then said he could give me a ticket number if I gave him some information and then he could try to help with my issue. I had to give him my name, phone number, address, email and the room number I was staying in. After all of these questions were answered I told him I couldn't get Closed Captioning set up. He said "That's strange; can you hold." He came back after 10 minutes and said the TV's in this particular hotel did not support Closed Captioning. I asked how this was possible since the TV displayed a settings window for Closed Captioning showing on or off and allowed the choice of 4 types of Closed Caption font. He replied that the TV may show it but this hotel did not activate that feature. The second day the room keys did not work again and I was unable to connect to WI-FI. The clerk said they were having an issue and expected it to be corrected in 4-6 hours. I don't know when it came back on since I went to bed. The third day the fire alarms went off at 5:30 AM. The fire department arrived within 10 minutes and after 30 minutes of inspecting the building found that a person was boiling water. They put the water on and decided to take a shower. The water apparently evaporated causing the pan to smoke setting off the alarm. We then were allowed back into our rooms and my key did not work again. I went back to the front desk to get the keys reauthorized for the third day in a row. No one was there so I waited and after 5 minutes while I was dialing the hotel when the clerk came in from outside. looked at me and asked "Are you waiting for me?" I wanted to say "No, I just like to stand in front of desks in all the hotels I stay in. I did say that I would like to know why my room key was not active for more than 1 day at a time. He said "We are having some issues and I apologize. On my 4 and thankfully last day the room key again did not work. My advice to anyone looking to stay at this hotel is to find someplace else. The rooms lack adequate space to fit the stove top, refrigerator, recliner, small table and a supposed queen size bed. There
