Hotel Staff & Managers are RUDE & unaccommodating .. Facilities are great but the Management of the Property is very Poor ..
The stiff & rude behaviour will not get repeat guests , hence the property was empty .
Location & Property is made beautifully .. but no matter how good looking it is management is most important ..
ACs weren't working & the breakfast was below below average

Tüm personeller çok ilgili ve size değerli hissettiriyor. İçersinde bolca yeşillik, palmiye ve nar ağaçları var. Otele ayrı bir hava katıyor. Otelin dekorasyonunu da çok beğendim. Kahvaltısı da başarılıydı. Fiyat/performans olarak tavsiye edilir.

Top l’hôtel le calme la vue la piscine juste les prix à l’intérieur de l’hôtel boissons etc beaucoup trop chère … sinon petit déjeuner correct il o

Manager in this hotel has been trained to understand that the customer is always wrong this is endorsed by the owner. Customer service is a disgrace !!! Hotel has the potential to be a 4 star hotel and never a 5 star it’s old and dated, with the current management it’s more like a 2 star and that’s a shame. Nice views of bodrum, rooms are very tired, bath leaks and the air conditioning is completely non functional. This hotel also has a habit of charging customers twice which has happened to me on 2 occasions with no resolution or response or concern from any of the management.

Wow !!!!!!! I’m lost for words !!!! Please don’t stay here, if you have any enemies I promise you they will treat you with more respect than the staff in this hotel - appalling behaviour on a level I have never experienced any where in the world.

We just checked out of this Hotel today and I can't recommend it highly enough to anybody who is holidaying in Bodrum. It is only 1.5kms from the bustling town centre which was great for nightlife but far enough away to have nice quiet relaxing days by the pool. The hotel itself is beautiful inside and outside and very well kept. The rooms are very spacious and bright with good air conditioning. The staff are all very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. I would like to give Soner a special mention as he was always with a smile and very attentive, he looked after us very well even prempting what we wanted before we even had a chance to ask. I would also like to mention the security men and women at the gate who are very friendly and diligent. Adem at the gate is a really nice guy who made us laugh alot, he was always interested in our adventures each day and he was great at recommending places to go. Overall we had a really nice time here. Its a 10/10 from me.

Very nice stay. Great food. Friendly staff. Great gym. Great location. Clean. Beautiful Pool. The spa service and massage is beyond amazing. Highly recommended place to stay close to Bodrum city. 5 star.

I had the worst hotel experience ever with Hillstone unfortunately. We booked this hotel for 5 nights for my birthday (28 July) . I booked the hotel from 27July-1 Aug. The series of the things that happened: - [ ] Monday 31 of July me and my mom were going out to the Bodrum city. In the lobby my mom remembered that she has to bring something from the room. - [ ] As soon as she walked back,she slipped on the watery floor of the lobby in a way that she could not move… - [ ] The pain was too much that her blood pressure went down. - [ ] There were a few members of the staff present when the accident happened but they did not do any action in an emergency way. - [ ] Finally the ambulance came; hotel didn’t want to send any body with us, considering we don’t know any Turkish and Turkish people don’t speak English usually, I insisted that somebody from the hotel should accompany us. - [ ] At Bodrum Clinic, they told us that we need to pay 500€ so that they start the treatment process. We had really thought that the hotel would cover it. The girl from the hotel kept repeating that its not related to the hotel. - [ ] We insisted that the hotel should cover it, after so many back and forth they agreed to pay that 500€. - [ ] Scan showed that my mom’s ankle has broken in a very bad way… - [ ] After getting back to the hotel nobody from the hotel management came for sympathy. I have to park my car and then help my mom with her waking and sticks. I had to buy the ***** myself without any help from the hotel. - [ ] No show up from any Senior Management of the hotel- not even a single note of empathy-not offering a single tea to be sent to our room to show they care. - [ ] We had to cancel our next trip to Istanbul; I have a good booking history on ***********, as this happened in the last minute I could not cancel the Istanbul booking and i got a notification from ***********. - [ ] We should change our ticket from travel agency in Tehran, had to pay for the extra fee of that and… These are only the financial and change of the plans- the main injury is my mom’s pain both physically and mentally… We are now back to Tehran and visited a orthopedic specialist today and he said that my mom definitely needs to do operation on her ankle otherwise it wont get fixed… I really regret that I suggested this hotel to my mom and booked it. Bodrum is a beautiful city but this hotel made us with not good memories of Bodrum and Turkish people…

In this accident, our colleagues gave you immediate emergency intervention. you were then directed to the clinic and one of our team members accompanied you. After approval from the management, your hospital expenses and medication expenses were covered by the hotel. Afterwards, your room was changed and all food and beverage services were specially made to your room in order to make you comfortable. Our hotel aims to make all guests feel at home, we serve in this direction, any negativity that may happen to you, we feel as if something happened to our family. As a hotel, we firmly believe that we have done everything we can do. Despite this, we are deeply saddened by your negative feedback.

We stayed in this property on 5th & 6th October 2023. Very chic place and it was so quite during our stay, not many guest around, so it felt like we have the entire hotel to us. I heard that it becomes much more busy summer holiday. However, it is around 90 rooms, so you will still have an amazing stay without feeling over crowded. The food 5/5, the facilities 5/5, the staff 5/5, the room 5/5 and overall stay was top notch. Now there is something I was not impressed with and I would like the lovely lady General Manager to perhaps try to do something about it: the staff is amazing, friendly and they go above and beyond their way to help you and assist you with any requests. Naturally, you feel like rewarding them with a tip or gratuity. Having said that, nowdays many people don’t use cash in hand but pay everything with a card instead. In this instance we did have cash that we forgot to exchange at the airport, we tried to do this in reception and we were told that they were not allowed to do that. Then we asked if we could have a cash advance from our room account with the card left in the system as guaranteed, still same answer that they were not allowed. Finally, we also tried when paying for drinks or signing any bill for whatever we were consuming to include in that bill a gratuity for the staff assisting us at that specific moment (this is a common practice in any other hotels in the world to do and it is even encourage to write the amount of tip on each bill) so you don’t need to carry cash but still happy to reward good service, again we were told that they are not allowed? The staff works really hard and we are happy to reward them when there is great service. However we could not found any possible way or alternative option to do it even though we tried to exchange money for their local currency. We will definitely come back again to this property and hopefully there are more flexibility in this matter in the future.

This is such a tranquil hotel. The rooms are comfortable. The food is excellent - they have the best salads, huge portions! They make amazing French fries. The breakfast has ample choice. Everything is super clean and taken care of. The pool is amazing. The staff are friendly and genuinely caring. We’ll be back.

This is our second stay in this hotel. We thought this was a great hotel last year but this year we found it even better. Shared areas like pool, gym, restaurant, lobby : very nice and clean: 10/10 Rooms : we (2 adults, 2 kids (9y, 6y) in the palmsuite rooms : 10/10 Breakfast : adresses everyone’s needs : 10/10 Price / Quality : very good But the best of all : this hotel has professional, nice and friendly staff. Believe that this is their biggest strength. Big thanks to : Nidanur, Ayse, Leyla, Azime and everyone else! Will most likely come here again next year.

We checked in at the hotel and had a beatiful luxury room right next to the pool allocated to us. The second day housekeeping unfortunately throws out my wifes kerastase hair cream even tho it wasn't empty, we figured this would be a simple reclamation easily dealt with at the reception,unfortunately it was not. On our third day we experience a water leak from the sealing in our room. And we are not talking a small dripping, but a major malfunction. Right underneath the aircon are my luggage, so everything is drenched in aircon water and the entire floor is flooded. We are then getting changed to a room in the opposite side of the resort, furthest away from the pool area and main area of the hotel as you can be and need to ride with a buggy to get back and forth. We complain about this and are told that everything will be fixed the next day and we don't need to worry about a thing. The next day we are allocated to a new luxury room, supposedly the same standard as I had previously been allocated. But that was definitely not the case. The room was worn down, dirty and with a smaller and much harder bed than what we came from. We tried to converse our frustrations to the hotel and the fact that we in essence had a down grade, coupled up with the fact that we ended up using two evenings of 3 hours each dealing with this instead of relaxing on our room or at the pool
